From phone call to conversation, and day to day calls to get more informations, I receieved most generous answers about any questions that I had. I am very grateful for the kindness and caring I got from Preston & Simons. They handled the arrangements for my grandparents years ago, and when my mother unexpectedly passed away, I called them to handle her passing. Brandon was very helpful and responsive. He showed kindness throughout the process and truly helped to make such a difficult time in my life easier and less stressful. My family really appreciates how they took care of my mom and treated us.

Losing my father was one of the hardest experiences of my life, but Preston and Simon Mortuary helped ease the burden during such a painful time. From the very beginning, they handled everything with care, professionalism, and deep compassion. Brandon Anderson, our funeral director, was truly exceptional. He was honest and direct — which we appreciated — but also incredibly kind and understanding. He guided us through each step of the process with patience and empathy, helping us make decisions without ever feeling pressured or overwhelmed. What stood out the most is how this place doesn't get nearly enough recognition for the work they do. The care, dignity, and quiet strength they offer grieving families is something truly special, and I’m so grateful we were in their hands during such a difficult moment. Thank you to Brandon and the entire team at Preston and Simon for honoring my father with respect and making the process as smooth as possible. You made a painful time a little more bearable. Unfortunately, I will be needing of their services again due to another passing in our family, just three weeks after my father's, but I know we will be in great hands.

Brandon did a wonderful job taking care of my dad’s services when he had passed. My father was a veteran and Brandon made sure my dad was layed to rest like a veteran should and more! I couldn’t thank Preston and Simon’s and Brandon for such a great job they did to lay my dad to rest.

Exceptional! My grandma passed on 01/25. She was our first great loss in our family. We have been to other funerals but never one of our own until now. I had no idea where to start. The Preston and Simon team guided me at every step with patience and compassion. My grandmother was put on hospice care and so when she passed I called our hospice nurse then P&S. At the time of our choice P&S mortuary transporters came to collect the body. They were dressed in black suits, and handled my grandma with such extreme care and dignity. No body bag an elegant black cloth was draped over her. My grandmother had an open casket viewing, Mass the next morning, cremation, and then interment. The P&S team made all the arrangements for every element; booking the church, flowers, musicians, memorial cards. They gave me recommendations on some extras I could do for different parts. While I hope I don’t need their services very soon, I would return to them every time. Thank you Diana, Angela, and Brandon.

The Riverside hospital is where my Mom passed. The morgue was full and the hospital had my mom picked up by this business. I recieved a call and was asked what I would like to due with my loved one. I was quoted a price for cremation and I explained I had not much money to deal with situation. The price was reduced and I agreed to cremation. I recieved a docusign option on my phone and agreed and signed documents. Called and made payment and was told within the week I could Pickup remains. When I arrived to pick up was a little confused of where to park and where to enter building. Found most doors locked except for front door off of Mission. When I entered building had to look around a little bit to find someone. The first person I talked to (blond hair lady) passed me off to a younger dark haired lady. I asked if I could pick up my mother's remains. She took a few minutes to find them and passed them off to me and explained permit your supposed to have for recieved ashes. A was a little disappointed in the presentation of my mother's remains in the matter they were givin to me. No sentiments by employees and just procedure and no preparation of receiving them. I had called and told gentlemen on the phone I would be arriving within the morning. Not my business or my options to tell you how to run it! Should be done different though! Thanks for helping me out on a sad situation that my family member put me in.
