Booked a ride online from Santa Monica to LAX. Easy process.
Presto were very communicative and helpful. Turned up well before time which was a bonus. Lovely clean, very comfortable car.
Orlando is an excellent driver, smooth, safe and smartly turned out. He was so, so helpful with unloading our bags, going so far as to find a trolley for us.
Very highly recommended professional company.

This company provided my family with a taxi ride to and from the plain and train station in Washington D.C. They went above with customer service, provided the needed car seat and booster seat. Everything went smoothly on their end even with all the complications on my families' end (1st time traveling, had no idea what I was doing when trying to book and schedule everything). Definitely recommend especially if first time travelers!
