Booked a ride online from Santa Monica to LAX. Easy process. Presto were very communicative and helpful. Turned up well before time which was a bonus. Lovely clean, very comfortable car. Orlando is an excellent driver, smooth, safe and smartly turned out. He was so, so helpful with unloading our bags, going so far as to find a trolley for us. Very highly recommended professional company.
