Great service from Prestige. Engineer Tim did a survey on Wednesday and fitted a brand new stairlift on Friday morning in about 90 minutes, explaining all the workings to my partner very clearly. The price was very competitive compared to other sites. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend prestige stairlifts highly enough. I would give a higher rating if I could !
On Christmas Day morning when the stairlift was coming down with my mum in it our puppy’s soft toy got stuck in the mechanism and the chair wouldn’t work. I phoned the prestige helpline and within 20 minutes I had a call from the engineer who after a video call told me he thought it needed a whole new mechanism which he would bring with him later in the day. Around 4pm TWO engineers turned up and spent around 2 and a half hours fixing the chair which enabled mum to get to bed that night. The service was exceptional and the fact the two engineers had to come out and help us on Christmas Day was such a huge help to us. I’m not sure there are many companies that would offer this service. Thank you for your amazing service!!!!
