Had a turbo fitted on my car within the past week, I was originally told it would be a week before it was done, but a phone-call only 2 days later and a bill that was actually cheaper than other places quoted was a nice surprise. As a paying customer I turned up to collect my car and found not only did they do a courtesy valet on it but the technician and the director even took the time out to test drive the car to make sure it was running as it should, Max was extremely polite and helpful and talked me through every item and charge on the bill. The worst place ever I never recommend any female specially females to buy parts from them. I called them. They promised me to get me the part I’ve told them that the timing is very important to me. They promised the part is already ready. They took the deposit and then when I came to collect the part after I cancelled half of my day working to be able to collect it, they said we don’t have it and they were so rude they lie about calling me And their behaviour towards females so disrespectful specially if you are a female of colour with accent.

I bought a Sat Nav control unit from Prestige AllParts about a year ago. It was delivered quickly and worked perfectly. I recently sold the car and asked if they would consider buying the unit back. They gave me a 50% refund on the original cost. Very fair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I needed a replacement convertible roof for CLK 350, which notoriously has issues on the seam above the rear window. Charlie was my contact at Prestige who went out his way to up date me on timings and arranged for my new roof to be delivered safely to my fitter.
