Premont Self Storage - DIY Solution

We set up our account with Premont Self Storage online several months ago from our home in CA and were shocked at how easy and efficient their site was. We were also able to add access for our staff in the area without any hassle. On the few occasions I’ve had to call in, the office personnel and the onsite manager have always been helpful and friendly. During a recent visit we were finally able to put faces with the names and voices over the phone and were surprised at how well maintained the property was. One would assume every storage facility is basically similar from one to the next, but Premont certainly out does the competition. It’s clean, well lit, and the access system is exceptional. We have recommended Premont to several friends and colleagues in the area and they have also had a great experience with the facility. We know our belongings are safe with Premont Self Storage and will continue to recommend them to those seeking a safe place to store their belongings (even vehicles and RV’s)! Thanks for being so great to us!

I was looking for somewhere to keep my RV for a few months and found Premont Self storage, it was super easy to move in online. Mark the manager was very helpful. Definitely 5 stars for them!

Mark is not very customer friendly. Charged me 3 times at 165 for unit I didn't get. Tells me that I didn't listen to him, so now he refuses to cancel transaction. Good thing my bank will . Don't trust raising place. Thank you

Absolutely just a hump of dog fecal matter on a good day I rented out a unit for a couple of months when I went back and opened my shed all my stuff was infested with RATS I was fighting them off for hours just trying to save some items of my that were passed down to me from a dead relative when I confronted MARK the so called “ manager” he was nothing but a totally A HOLE to me and my wife is anyone is reading this a considering renting here please take my words to heart I am trying to warn y’all oh and by the way he is still to this day charging me for the unit I use to have because I left a couple of bags in there that the rats completely destroyed he is really lucky that a 1 star review is the lowest I can go I all actuality he deserves negative 5 stars I pray to the good lord he sees this
