We hired Premiere Builders to create a new master bedroom and bathroom suite on our second floor. Working with Danes, the project manager, was a highlight. She kept us updated all the way through with clear, timely communication and always let us know what was coming next. It made the whole experience feel very organized and under control. The crews were here regularly and worked hard. There were very few days when something was not happening, which ensured the project moved along at a steady pace. Since we were living in the house during the work, I really appreciated how careful everyone was about keeping things clean and minimizing the disruption. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were respectful of keeping the rest of our home as functional as possible. The work and results were great. Any questions we had were answered right away and any small issues were handled without hesitation. We did have some change orders, which is normal in a remodel, but Danes made those conversations easy. Everything was explained clearly and the pricing felt fair. We are incredibly happy with the finished space. It turned out even better than we hoped. We have already started working with Premiere again for another project, which probably says more than anything else. I highly recommend them.

Our experience with Jonathan, Arian and the rest of the crew was excellent. When Jonathan showed up, for what was our 3rd and final quote, we knew we had made the right call. His presentation, recall of previous jobs and most importantly his willingness to listen to OUR ideas was refreshing. His quote fit right in the middle of the two previous companies we contacted, but after reviewing the invoice we realized just how much flexibility it gave us to accomplish our vision for the project. It’s been about 45 days since completion and we couldn’t be happier with the execution.

Premiere was an amazing company to work with, they kept us informed every step of the way. They remodeled our entire first floor with amazing results. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high end, consumer focused company.

We had a very positive experience with Premier Builders. We added a guest room on the back of the house and we are so happy with the finished product! The communication with Shimi and Jonathan was excellent and they were always available explain details and answer questions every step of the way. They stayed on track with the schedule and budget! Shimi was the best project manager…super accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Premiere builders!

Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job with our bathroom replumb and remodel. They took the room down to studs, roughed in new plumbing and electrical, then finished everything with some expertly done tile work. From a project management perspective, Jonathan is very good at what he does. He lines up his guys and keeps everything on budget. He also took the time to explain the process. His plumbers managed to re-plumb the second bathroom without a single day of downtime. And his tile crew did some of the most meticulous tile work I have seen. Really stellar work across the board. All in all, the work got done well and on-budget. In terms of downsides, there were several weeks of downtime in this months-long project and there were certainly moments where I wished that progress would continue. But again Jonathan at Premiere Builders and his team did this job incredibly well and on-budget! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our house was built in the early 90’s in. It was dated and we were tired of the wall paper and dark brown cabinets. It was just too dreary. We trusted Premiere Builders & Remodeling with the remodel and they did a phenomenal job. Jonny, our project manager took the time to learn our vision, listen to what we want, and ultimately delivered a wonderful design that both my wife and I like. And that’s not an easy task! The best! Where do I begin. Trust is hard to give with construction projects. But these guys & gals have earned my eternal trust. They fully renovated three homes for us damaged by hurricane Helene and Milton. The remodels were done from top to bottom. Quite honestly after the hurricanes. I was getting uneasy feelings from most contractors that came to bid my projects. I went with premier because of Shimi, Jonathon, and shalom. I felt good about them as people. I’ve been burned with projects in the past. Which was my biggest fear. Unfortunately, this has happened to so many by other contractors and scammers after the disaster. My heart goes out to them. Premier builders was beyond fair on prices, payment schedules, finished early. Got all inspections timely. Communication was great. Did any warranty repairs timely, which were minor. Treated us as people and not a number. I’m proud to call this businesses employees my friends after the past year. Just fantastic! After a disaster it was stressful, and these guys were a godsend for our family. Thank you premier!!
