Premiere Appliance Repair

Premiere Appliance Repair was kind enough to donate a dryer to my family. The dryer they chose and gave to us is beautiful- I absolutely love the unique fire engine red color- which is fitting since someone from the fire department put me in touch with them! We just tried running it for the first time today and it works perfectly- the machine has so many amazing features- different options and bells and whistles to choose from which are so cool when choosing how you want to dry your clothing. They were so kind to work with- I highly recommend them! Thank you, Premiere Appliance Repair!!

Contacted them through a referral from a very good friend who was delighted and grateful for their caring services. And they have not disappointed! Replacing a state of the dinosaur cooktop. They came to measure to assure me that my choice would work in my existing cooktop space/opening. Special thanks to Isaiah and Paul for their professionalism and courtesy. These qualities are rare these days - “big box” doesn’t have a clue. I am grateful.

Isaiah and his crew are absolutely amazing. Walked us through all of our options answered all our questions! Gave us advice that helped us even know he wouldn’t make as much money! There is nobody I would ever trust to work on any of my appliances then Isaiah! They are absolutely the best in the industry! What a seamless and easy process. They made getting my oven fixed so stress free. Their text communication and appointment reminders were on point. I meet Mr. Job Sanchez on a job I was doing and he gave me a general idea of what the cost would be with little to no information. And his price was on point actually a little cheaper than what he quoted. His personality, friendly smile, and energy that he gave off, made it very comfortable to have a stranger in my home. I highly recommend this company For all your appliance needs.

We had wonderful service from all three men who came out Tony, Paul, and Isaiah. They Took their time to explain to me what was going on with my microwave. It was not able to be fixed so they helped me replace it at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them over and over again. Will definitely call them in the future when I decide to change out all of my appliances.

We had an appointment scheduled with Premier for Monday, to fix our freezer. They apparently had a cancelation and Jennifer called me today to see if they could come early. We jumped at the chance, so we didn’t lose everything in our freezer. The technicians, Paul and Isaah, were prompt, polite, and professional. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. The cost of the repair was reasonable. So far, the freezer temperature is starting to drop properly and chill off properly. They said if we have any issues, they will come right back out and fix it. We would definitely recommend this company. PS We are in an RV, and they came to our campsite, to provide us service.

You can't do better than Premiere Appliance Repair. They respond quickly with professionalism and friendliness. Turn around time for appointments is excellent, and they strive to put the customer's needs first. Technicians are knowledgeable and informative and will take the time to explain what they are doing, what is needed, and how long it will take. Isaiah is the best, and Jennifer in the office is, too!

From the time Sammy and Tony walked in,, they were very personable and super nice!!!! Great sense of humor!!! I like to joke as well, felt very comfortable with them in my home, They were very professional!!! I kept asking questions while Sammy was taking care of my stove, he was very kind about it Tony as well, I HIGHLY recommend them and Premier Appliance to anyone, very reasonable on what it cost.. As you can see, I can't say enough good things about Sammy,Tony and Premier Appliance!!!! Now I know who to call if I need a good repairman, God Bless You Both !!!!

They were able to come quickly when my dryer stopped working. Tony replaced the rollers. Unfortunately, he accidentally kinked the vent tube when putting it back. I had to call them in again because it wasn't drying. They returned quickly, found the problem, fixed it and cleaned the vent screen besides. I appreciated that, but I was very glad the service had a 30-day warranty and I did not procrastinate in calling!
