I am extremely disappointed with this company. The first sign I ordered came out completely wrong — from the design to the size and placement. Still, I decided to give them another chance and ordered two more signs with installation. Not only was the order delayed, but the sign was installed in the middle of the yard instead of in front of the house, and my requests to have it corrected were ignored even though I paid for installation. After several attempts to reach someone for help, I finally spoke with Becky, who was unwelcoming and seemed irritated that I wanted to resolve the issue. It took nearly two weeks before they went back out to move the sign, and when they did, my card was charged without my authorization. When I brought this up, I was met with a negative attitude and only reimbursed for that single unauthorized charge — no apology, no effort to make things right, and no accountability for the repeated mistakes. I have ordered three signs from this company, and 2/3 has come with a problem. I had planned to bring them consistent business, but it’s clear they don’t value their customers. I will never use this company again, nor will anyone I work with. Please improve your customer service and treat your clients with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
