Drew did a great job fixing our 20+ year old garage furnace. He was able to find parts and get it running again. Best of all, he came when he said he would and did what he said that he would do. You can’t ask for more than that!

We had our gas shut off after a leak was found. Drew was able to come fix it the same day-he was efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

A few days ago, our furnace gave out and after calling soooo many other places, no one could fit us in for well over a month or more, plus on top of that some of those companies literally had 'attitudes' or made us feel like we were a 'bother'... but then Premier called us back, both listened and heard what we had to say than simply said- we cannot have anyone without heat in these freezing temps. They worked us into the schedule the very next day. The young men who showed up (after an already very long day at work...) were very friendly and very professional in finding what was wrong, fixing it and then plus, on top of that... they were great at explaining everything to us, each step along the way. They answered all our questions and also informed us of what we could do in the future for ourselves to fix our furnace issue. Every person we dealt with in this company were all simply beyond AMAZING... each were friendly, patient, empathic and absolutely great at their job!!!

I cannot recommend Premier enough. We were wanting to add a gas line to our garage and they not only gave a very reasonable bid, but they were willing to use a simpler approach to installation than other companies which helps save money and keeps it simple for us. We will for sure be reaching out for any needs we have in the future.

Truly great experience. We called four area plumbers to bid on a quarter bath remodel. Premier was the most thorough thinking through the project plan. Drew had already taken our call, been on site, and provided a bid, before the other three even called us back. We did meet with every company who returned our call. Premier was clearly the most organized. That carried through the entirety of the project. They started when they said they would start and they finished when they said they would finish. There were no surprises at billing. They arrived on time, kept a clean work area, were respectful and kind. They gave very thoughtful answers and had great solutions to the challenges of our home. I have never had to call more than once. Very clear communication. I would happily recommend their work to anyone. Kudos to Drew, Josiah and the whole team.

We highly recommend the good people at Premier for all your plumbing problems and improvement projects. We have an old house that had corroded galvanized plumbing throughout that was affecting water pressure in our shower. Drew assessed the situation, answered all of our questions, and then gave us three quotes for different levels of the repairs we were considering. The final cost was very close to their estimates (which were quite reasonable) and they went above and beyond in completing the two-stage job. Josiah and Dawson stayed late to finish the first stage of replacing all of the galvanized plumbing in the house and to clean up the work site, which meant a lot to us since we only have one bathroom! In stage two, they were kind and flexible in working with the new shower materials we had purchased from Menards--completely tearing out and installing a new shower in its place. Again, Josiah worked non-stop to get things back to normal for us as quickly as possible. Throughout, the lines of communication were clear and open. I could go on, but in sum this is a rave review for Premier Plumbing! They are forever in my contact list.

I’ve used Premier before when my house trap collapsed on 4th of July weekend and they were great. This time, my water heater died of old age in -22 weather. They had it replaced next day for less than I was expecting. I’m happy that Premier is my go-to for plumbing needs.

It's the beginning of February with plunging temperatures in the near-term forecast, so of course our boiler kicked the bucket yesterday morning. Premier was onsite yesterday to diagnose the problem within a few hours of my call and this morning they are at my house installing a new high-efficiency replacement system. While they're at it, they are also installing a heat pump hot water heater that we were planning to incorporate as part of a bathroom remodel scheduled for later this spring. These folks are dependable, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I have been highly satisfied with my interactions with them so far, and am eager to continue working with them on future house projects.

Absolutely exceptional company. Drew was an amazing communicator and went above and beyond in all regards. Josiah and his his workers were so patient and did exceptional work. My mom has had a 30 year dream of having a nice bathroom with functional plumbing and it now has happened thanks to Premier Plumbing and Heating. I cannot say enough good about this company.
