We had a wonderful experience with my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal at Premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly, which we really appreciated. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and made sure my daughter felt comfortable every step of the way. The procedure went smoothly, and the care we received was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery!

I visited this office with my husband who was having oral surgery. I’m not a fan of dentists, but this office made me feel comfortable and that my hubby was in good hands. The staff were polite and took good care of us and explained everything to us. Dr. Ghadili was kind and also explained everything to us. The office was clean and smelled very good and was decorated very nicely! I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone needing oral care!

I visited Premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery on February 21, and I had an excellent experience. Dr. Abdulkader Ghadiali is incredibly kind, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. He also personally called me later the same day after my tooth extraction to check if everything was okay, which truly showed his care and dedication to his patients. His assistants, Antony and Danial, were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The receptionists were welcoming and efficient, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. The office environment is clean, organized, and very pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to anyone in need of expert and compassionate care. I had my wisdom teeth extracted 1/2/26. Due to some botched work and painful experiences in my childhood (not here), I would say I have a phobia of the dentist and dental work. I was extremely anxious having to get this done. I opted for the twilight sedation due to this. Every step of the process at Premier was smooth and comforting. My first phone call, the receptionist spoke with me for a while, she eased my nerves and told me some of the process. At no point did she ever undermine my concerns or make my fears feel childish. When I came for a consultation I was greeted with the same warm energy from everyone there. Your safety is absolutely a priority for them and you can tell. My questions were all thoroughly answered, and I didnt feel rushed. The facility is clean, modern, and comfortable. I was extremely nervous day of the extraction. The hygienist/nurse (unsure of exact credentials, sorry) was so kind and warm. She helped ease some of my anxiety and continued to explain the process. We made some small talk as well to help ease me. When the oral surgeon came, he was also friendly, calm, and reassuring. I was laid back in the chair, one moment I was talking and the next I was waking back up. Immediately post-op I had no pain. The following days I was taking my prescribed pain medication, really just for one of the extractions, the other two really didn't hurt at all. Two of the extractions never got past a 2/10 for pain, the one that hurt most was maybe a 4/10 for a couple days and then was fine. Overall, the pain was very mild, and I was able to return to normal activity quite quickly. The oral surgeon called me to check on me the evening after the extraction, which I thought was very kind. They gave me aftercare instructions and everything I needed to heal well. If I need other oral surgeries in the future, or if someone I know does, I would absolutely recommend Premier! Thank you for giving someone with dental phobia a pleasant experience! The attention to detail and care from this facility is top notch.

Our experience here was amazing! Fast and careful while making sure we were informed on all they were doing. Ericka was great in informing me and making sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Doctor was great as well! Overall recommend premier oral.

The Doctor and staff were fantastic! Before surgery, they went over everything that was going to be done and what to expect. My wife felt very comfortable having the extractions done. Premier Oral Surgery performed other extractions a few months earlier and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this practice! They couldn’t be more professional, understanding and compassionate!

THE BEST ORAL SURGERY CENTER EVER!! 10/10! Dr. Abdulkader Ghadiali explained the process of my extraction, bone graft, post placement and my implant along with a time line of everything! could not with for a better oral surgeon! Came here as a second opinion and ended up booking with them AND moving to a general dentist in their firm, too good! I’ve had a fear of dental work especially extractions for years and coming here was like a weight lifted off my shoulders! each and everyone one of the staff members were beyond helpful, kind and accommodating to my anxiety with me teeth. LOVE the ladies at the front desk so sweet and beyond helpful! *Also chose to do IV sedation don’t remember a thing was in and out in an hour, super easy *

The total experience was incredible!!! Having two wisdom teeth extracted out of my skull was a little bit nerve-wracking at first... I just can't pick out one person. I have to pick out the entire staff for how they had treated me and were very forthcoming throughout my procedure. How amazing everyone was from the minute I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. . To Sandy and the Doctor!!! I say thankyou!!!!

I had 2 wisdom tooth extractions here and I had an amazing time. The whole staff was gentle and attentive to all my needs. I came in very nervous but they explained all things in depth and it instantly made me feel at home. I enjoyed the experience thoroughly!

I’m really glad it’s over and they got the tooth out. They were very calm and nice, numbed me up really good. I had a root canal a while ago so it was causing more problems but they took care of it and got it out! It did get closer to the nerve felt a little twinge but overall it wasn’t bad at all!
