Premier Kitchens & Flooring

I used Premier 3 years ago to refinish my kitchen cabinets and install soft close in the drawers. They also installed pull-out shelves in the base cabinets. I love them. So when the kitchen tile was chipped and uneven, I called Ken and Evelyn again. They took only three days to remove the old tile and lay down the new tile. They are very very nice people to work with.

Love my new flooring, hardware, and countertops! Premier Kitchens and Flooring provided great prices, quality, and working with Ken and his crew was truly enjoyable! I couldn’t believe the quality work they did in such a short time! Highly recommend them for all your kitchen, bathroom and flooring needs!

At a cost of $34,957:00 to retile our whole house, we were told that our job would take just over two weeks. They started on 4/15 and last corresponded on 8/11, after we consulted a lawyer. Major problems were: 1) grout and stain was not cleaned off tiles leaving a TERRIBLE HAZE over the entire house. 2) holes and gaps in grout. 3)damage to furniture / TV unit / paintwork. 4) stove not reinstalled properly. Items taken from my garage that I specifically said ( on several occasions )were not to be taken; eg.surplus sizeable pieces of tiles, soft close toilet seat, these were not returned. Very expensive underlay material taken, but later returned, after I threatened legal action. Premier Kitchens agreed to waive our last payment of $2,000, however the day after we signed that agreement we discovered that it was going to cost a great deal more for remediation by another company. Not only do we have to pay another company to finish this job, we have to pay for repairs to our furniture / paintwork / TV unit. This whole process has been extremely stressful, our floor will never look as it should, this was a very expensive mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Would not recommend when cabinets were installed they left em a mess I had to clean them all out tile backsplash very poor job left ground on never came back to wipe done had to do it myself terrible haze and not the backsplash I picked out when I ordered everything for my kitchen one draw not working properly and still they have not addressed the problem and they hung a microwave that does not work I went and bought a new one and they are claiming they cannot hang it because of bracket issue not a very happy customer here they have no problem taking your money

Let me just say that this family run business is totally awesome. Let's start with Mom (Evelyn) she was very helpful in picking out are countertops and hardware also very nice and professional. Then there's Ken who's completely transparent in everything he does great guy and very professional. Excellence is the best way to describe Ken as a person and a business man. We did a total Kitchen and living room remodel and I couldn't have picked better people to do the job. Then there is Grant and Linda who are not family but part of a fantastic crew. Grant and Linda did the cabinets and drywall and other things fantastic couple. And topnotch work. Having Premiers team do are job was a great decision. Me and my wife felt like we not only did a remodel but made a bunch of great friends. CANT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS!!! Thanks again to all of you and we will see you when we remodel are guest bathroom.

After hurricane Ian my house was a disaster. This company showed up and did an amazing job. Kitchen, flooring and counter tops. Great value and even better service. Before going to spend more money than you need to give these guys a call. My wife and I are very pleased. Ken and his tream are amazing. I cant say enough. Wonderful family business.
