Erin and Chris were amazing and I cannot say enough good things about them and their company. I’m incredibly grateful for their fast response, clear communication and quality work. Chris went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was running properly again. I feel like it’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service and I was impressed. Our furnace stopped working the night before a snow storm, we called the next morning which was Thanksgiving weekend after getting a foot of snow (11/29/25) and Chris traveled to our home in the inclement weather within the hour. He got our furnace working in no time and he was so incredibly nice!! Our family highly recommends Premier Heating and Air, we plan to definitely use them in the future!!!

Came out in a snow storm and looked at my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. He didn't try to sell me anything even though my system is over 20 years old. I will only be the only person I call from now on.

Because of our recent high temperatures and my aging air conditioner, which is reaching its end of life, I scheduled a maintenance service call with Chris. He was willing to repair, not pressure me to buy a whole new system, is budget friendly, and honest. I hope to get a few more summers of cooling out of my system . I will be scheduling the same maintenance call on my heating system in the fall.
