Premier Haul Solutions (Towing & Roadside)

Premier Haul Solutions is a great company. We had an issue with our car and Michael at PHS was able to respond to our ask with a great price and service. He also came early to help ensure that we got our car from Staten Island to Brooklyn. I can honestly say he really came through for us and we could not be more grateful for his help and for his service. Thank you again!

Reliable and consistent service; I've used Premier Haul Solutions on multiple occasions. Affordable pricing especially in NYC. Mike / Micheal was very professional throughout the entire process. Even left him with my keys before and retrieve few days later. Very trustworthy individual. There's no other company to call, but Premier Haul Solutions, when in need of a vehicle being towed, jump-started, tire change or even for lock outs.

I received great service with Michael. My car battery had died and he was able to install a new battery on the spot with very little hassle He is pleasant to work with and a quick response. I am very pleased with the service.

My car just would not start … assumed it was the battery. Mike came out, on time, and tried to jump start it. Turned out it was the starter so it had to be towed and serviced by the car company. That said, Mike gave me a ride to the train station and was extremely helpful and friendly with what he could do that day!!! We got stuck on queens blvd and google showed many open towns trucks, but none responded except this one. The driver communicated clearly and courteously over the phone to set up pick up. Drop off was just as smooth as pick up. I wouldn't want a repeated breakdown situation, but if it ever happens again, I'll reach out to Premier Haul Solutions.
