Premier Haul Solutions (Towing & Roadside)

Premier Haul Solutions is a great company. We had an issue with our car and Michael at PHS was able to respond to our ask with a great price and service. He also came early to help ensure that we got our car from Staten Island to Brooklyn. I can honestly say he really came through for us and we could not be more grateful for his help and for his service. Thank you again!

I received great service with Michael. My car battery had died and he was able to install a new battery on the spot with very little hassle He is pleasant to work with and a quick response. I am very pleased with the service.

We got stuck on queens blvd and google showed many open towns trucks, but none responded except this one. The driver communicated clearly and courteously over the phone to set up pick up. Drop off was just as smooth as pick up. I wouldn't want a repeated breakdown situation, but if it ever happens again, I'll reach out to Premier Haul Solutions.

Called for a quote and was told it was $170 for the tow but when the tow truck arrived the driver said it's $200 and an additional $50 if I go with him. Also the distance was just under 2 miles... they also like to waste time because I got a text stating he will be there in a few minutes and took 1 and half hour later. I don't know what kind of investigation u did but all of it was a flat out lie!!! I was very clear from where to where the car was supposed to go. It's not my fault the person who took my call can't read a map!

After calling several tow companies, this one picked up right away and came immediately. The driver was very courteous and professional. Thank you for getting me out of a bind early on a Saturday morning!
