Our experience with Premier Hardwood Restorations was just plain LOVELY. From our first telephone conversation, until bidding Derek goodbye, his professionalism was outstanding; his communication was phenomenal and he was always courteous and willing to share detailed explanations of the process. Upon completion of at least four sanding (plus edging and hand scraping) and three coating processes, Derek provided full detailed care descriptions and hints to maintain the surface’s longevity. This may have been the best return on investment during this entire restoration of our 1963 MCM ranch house. After calling several hard wood flooring contractors to discuss refinishing our dining room and hallway, I called Premier Hardwood Restorations. Derek took the time to explain the process in a way I could understand. His customer service goes above and beyond. He is considerate and we always felt like we were his only client. From initial consultation through final walk-thru (which included a how to care for your new floors - to do and not to do tutorial) Derek was professional, knowledgeable, reliable, communicative and he stuck to the timeline! Derek did an awesome job restoring our 67 year old hardwood floors. He is very knowledgeable of hardwood. We had no dust from sanding and very little from sawing. He repaired our floors where we had removed a wall and feathered in new wood to where you cannot notice the repair. We are very pleased with our floors and would recommend Derek without reservation.
