We met Jessica and Gracie over a year ago. We were in FL at our Son’s and we decided that we wanted to move south. We contacted Jessica and Gracie and met them on our way home. They showed us around St. Mary’s and Kingsland. We loved the area and came back in January of this year and spent several days looking at homes. We really saw several homes that we liked, but didn’t find the right one. They took us to Misty Harbor and we knew that was where we wanted to build our dream home. The set up meetings with several builders and we decided on WestRidge. Scott and Alysha Henning have been amazing to work with and our home will be done in January of 2026. My wife and I contacted Premier Coastal Properties due to my job relocation. Michelle Kelly has been great to work with! It was Friday when I contacted them, both Gracie and Michelle responded very quickly. Michelle worked very diligently to setup six showings for the following Monday. She stayed in touch over the weekend updating us on details of properties and making sure our boxes were checked. She even contacted a couple of by owner properties to get me more details. Michelle is professional but also she is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their reality needs.

The night before closing, when unexpected water damage repairs were needed, she was coordinating repairs and even helping clean at 11pm to make sure everything stayed on track.
