If you're looking for a builder in the Rochester area then I highly recommend Premier Builders of Rochester. We already had an idea for a construction project that was supposed to begin in the spring of 2020 and then COVID happened. Fast forward 4-years and we wanted to resurrect our project. So I contacted Jamie at Premier Builders, met with him at the site and we were off and running. Jamie is friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions including some we hadn't even thought of. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered our e-mails and promptly returned our phone calls. Additionally, his honesty and transparency was first class in an industry where people aren't always honest and transparent. We positively won't hesitate to call Premier Builders for our next project and you shouldn't either.

We purchased a home that Jamie and his team constructed in the Pine Island area and the house is home for us and has fit our families needs. The craftsmanship is premier and we've continued to have a helpful relationship with the builder. Premier is experienced and responsive to questions with designing projects around the house and is helpful with wear and tear that occurs within a home.

Premier Builders are amazing. Difficult as it may be I will try to be brief, as I couldn't say enough about Jamie and Premier Builders. Their work and attention to detail is impeccable, not to mention Jamie’s willingness to listen and to make sure everyone was on the same page before any work begins. We worked with Jamie/Rochester Deck Company on our vision to add stairs to our deck. Jamie provided multiple different options for the stairs and went through pros and cons for each of the options. He was very understanding and flexible as we worked through the planning. Jamie providing great communication and timelines for the project to be finished. Highly recommend!

Jamie did a wonderful job general contracting the build of our new family home and made great suggestions of additional things that we might not have thought of. His group of subcontractors are TOP LEVEL to work with us to put the final touches on our home to take it to another level. Jamie builds beautiful homes and is great to work with. He's always very responsive and works through challenges with a positive attitude and finds solutions...just who you want guiding you through your home building project.

We updated our deck and did a small home remodel, Jamie at Premier Builders was great to work with. He provided great expertise and his crews were very professional. The project was even done ahead of schedule.
