We had an excellent experience with this company. They came out quickly to take care of one of our drivers and had us back up and running in no time. Communication was great from start to finish—they kept us informed and even sent detailed pictures of everything they did, which we really appreciated. It’s not easy to find companies that are both honest and reliable, but they definitely are. Everything was handled professionally, and there were no surprises. We’ll absolutely be using them again when we are in the area and highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, dependable service.

🚨 CAUTION ⚠️ Read all the reviews carefully and then check the BBB (Better Business Bureau) reviews! Left my husband and his crew sitting on the side of the road for 4 hours in the freezing cold! They said they would be there in an hour initially. Never called to say they were gonna be late nothing. After calling again they said oh they would talk to the technician and get them there immediately. NOPE NEVER SHOWED. I had to go pick them up. Next day we were told it was fixed and we could pick it up. Paid $1000.00 got there and ... AGAIN NOPE! It wasn't running. Paid $250.00 to have it towed to their shop. Paid over $1900.00 on their way to deliver it to us they called and said it wouldn't go over 40 phone and they would need additional repairs yet again. Over $2900.00 and its still having the same issue when we first started?! Yeah No Thank You! To add insult to injury the downright Kalani was beyond rude and downright unprofessional. Oh and be aware of using Zelle especially if they are trying to push it!!!

Brad went above and beyond during his time as my service tech. He was kind and sociable. He made sure that I knew what was going on and how long things would take. I would recommend this facility for any roadside repairs. Thank you for helping getting me back on the toad

Do NOT use these mechanics. They will charge you 3x the dealership price. We called them for our small businesses maintenance work van had broken down on the side of the road. After waiting over 5 hours we had to send our maintenance guys home and leave it on the side of the road for them to finish repairing. Next morning we drove an hour back to where the car was only to find it not able to drive it still. After spending $1000 for an ignition coil. So we pay to have it towed back to their shop. Where we are told it will be another $1900 for o2 sensor and spark plugs. Since we had no other choice we went ahead and approved it. Well they went to deliver it back to us the next day(which they charge for as well) but waived per our request. And surprise surprise it still didn’t work, wouldn’t go over 40mph. So they took it back to the shop and now they say we need to replace the exhaust sensor for another $800+ with no guarantee this will fix the car. When researching further they are charging us 3x the dealership price. And when this was brought up to them their response was “you’re more than welcome to tow it somewhere else”. This is due to it not having a regular tune up. When we’ve only owned the car for 3 years. Absolutely insane. Use anybody else.

I would not recommend for services. Contacted business for road side emergency while working in Atlanta the total time from the initial cal until the end of service was 12 hours. Mechanic and office staff forced me to pay the invoice before I could leave and to make matter worse the brake line that was supposed to repaired less than 8 hours ago needed to be repaired again the new mechanic said the screws were missing. Office would not provide me with receipts after asking repeatedly and after a payment was made they made me pay again. STAY AWAY especially if you are in an emergency situation. Do not travel in their service area.

Sam is one honest man I met in my life time. Bought a truck from auction, didn’t move. Thought it was transmission issues. Search online for mechanic shops in Atlanta, found Sam. Called him and explained the issue and told him I wanted to change transmission on my truck. He said the issue might not be transmission but he wants to take a look at it first. Lo and behold Sam honestly checked the truck out after being towed to his shop and told me that my truck runs fine with video evidence. Flew to Atlanta to pick my truck with great customer service and Honesty. Sam called me on my way to Texas to check on how the truck was doing. He is an Honest man. God bless you and your family.

My colleague used this company for a mechanical issue and regret not getting a second opinion sooner. Over $3,000 in repairs were done (ignition coil, O2 sensors, spark plugs), yet the original problem was never fixed and the vehicle still wouldn’t drive properly. We were then told the only options were to approve even more costly repairs or pay to tow it somewhere else. One thing that stood out was that the first invoice allowed credit card or Zelle, but after we questioned the pricing on the second, much larger bill, we were told Zelle was the only way to pay if we wanted the vehicle back. If you use them for anything beyond tire service, make sure you ask for detailed diagnostics and part breakdowns before approving work. Looking back through reviews afterward, I noticed many are either tire-related or from accounts with only one review, which made me wish I had looked more carefully ahead of time.

I turned to this company for an urgent tire replacement. They did everything quickly, professionally, and with high quality. Excellent service, fair pricing. Highly recommend!
