Over $3,000 in repairs were done (ignition coil, O2 sensors, spark plugs), yet the original problem was never fixed and the vehicle still wouldn’t drive properly. We were then told the only options were to approve even more costly repairs or pay to tow it somewhere else.
One thing that stood out was that the first invoice allowed credit card or Zelle, but after we questioned the pricing on the second, much larger bill, we were told Zelle was the only way to pay if we wanted the vehicle back.
If you use them for anything beyond tire service, make sure you ask for detailed diagnostics and part breakdowns before approving work.
Looking back through reviews afterward, I noticed many are either tire-related or from accounts with only one review, which made me wish I had looked more carefully ahead of time.
