100% Recommend! Let me tell you the tale of how Preferred Pools helped make the black lagoon of a pool our family had, into an absolute, magical paradise. We booked a vacation rental home for 1 week at Indian Harbour Beach, with the promise of a pristine and beautiful private pool. We arrived to find the online listing did not live up to the reality. After a few days back and forth trying to convince the property manager that the pool was a wreck, we were rescued by Alan from Preferred Pools, who through his professional knowledge and expertise, revived our pool and saved our vacation experience! The photos attached are the before and after. Alan was on time to the initial appointment, was very honest about the diagnosis and worked diligently to help bring the pool back to a working state. He was incredibly attentive to my messages and communicated thoroughly with us over the 2 days we had to wait as the chemical process helped to stabilize the pool. Overall I am very impressed and I definitely recommend this company!!

My pool was in horrible shape because of lack of service from my last pool company. Alan came over and assessed the situation and fixed it very quickly. I am very happy with him and his wife, they are amazing. He’s very professional and Got my Pool back to normal within a weeks time. I posted before pictures and after
