Precision Woodcraft Hardwood Flooring

We bought a new house with ugly yellow white oak flooring and nasty carpet . We called Randy to come out for a consult. He said he could make our existing floors beautiful and add more hardwood to replace the carpet. We hired him. He said it would take two weeks and in two weeks we had gorgeous white oak floors in a natural finish. We gave him and his son and son in law who work with him, the code to the house so they could come and go at will. They finished as promised, are very professional, talented and hard working. They installed white oak to replace our carpet and refinished the existing floor to PERFECTLY match the new floors. They are gorgeous and I’m so proud of them! We loved getting to know this family team and feel like we have new made new friends. My husband and I highly recommend Randy and his team, Logan and Chris. It was so nice to have a family run business design and install our floors like they were their own!

Randy and his team did a wonderful job removing our carpeted stairs to put hardwood in — matching the early 1900s charm of our first floor hardwood + helped finish the trim around new fireplace hearth, again, matching the 1900s charm of our house. If you are in need of wood floors to be redone I highly recommend Precision Woodcraft. We had multiple areas that were stained or damaged and Precision was able to restore or replace to make our floors look brand new. I am extremely satisfied with their work. The cost was very reasonable and the work done in a timely manner. The results are beautiful!!

Randy Sauder of Precision Woodcraft seemed to do a good job installing my oak floors last year. His crew was experienced, hard working and had a good attitude. After six months the planks began separating in several areas with gaps up to a 3/16s inch. We made two appointments for Randy to see the damage and he no-showed. Then he stopped responding to my calls/texts. I do not yet know whether the cause of the problem was bad installation, the planks themselves, or site issues. Randy recommended these planks and regardless of the cause he should stand behind his work. I recommend you hire a different contractor.

Extremely unprofessional, whoever was driving this van turned so hard into my vehicle. I had to slam on my brakes so that he wouldn’t come smashing into the side of my car.

The team refinished my hardwood floors that had not been touched in 26 years. The results are fantastic!
