Their response, customer service, and quality is top notch! Their pricing is very fair also compared to dealers and other performance shops. I have used them for normal maintenance, such as oil changes and brakes. I have also used them for many many performance upgrades.

They did a great job installing my exhaust controller in my G80 I had ordered one from Germany that they never installed before and the instructions were mostly in German and they were able to figure it out and it works perfect

I would recommend PSI Winter Park with absolutely zero hesitation. My 1997 M3 isn’t the easiest to keep on the road between “check coolant level” codes and busted AC systems, but PSI has helped me keep it around as a functioning daily driver. Their range of work is awesome as they’ve done routine maintenance and mod installs for me with no issues. The team is a joy to work with and is especially well-versed in the E36 platform, and I’m confident in trusting their judgement on fitment adjustments and other somewhat-subjective decisions. Their shop space is clean and always has the coolest cars in for work - I’m never worried about the wellbeing of my car when it’s in their hands. Again, I can’t recommend their services enough and will be back whenever my car needs work.

I can’t recommend PSI enough. After a frustrating experience with my dealership, I came here for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. The dealership had diagnosed an issue with my car that would have cost $6,000 to repair. My intuition told me this was more likely a tech issue. The team here thoroughly assessed the situation, did a reset to clear the faults, and determined my car was fine and the repair unnecessary. My car has not had any issue since. They went above and beyond in their customer service, taking the time to explain everything clearly and giving me peace of mind. Their honesty, expertise, and fairness in cost saved me from a costly repair. It’s incredible to find a business with such integrity, and I am so grateful for their help. Im so glad they are back in their Winter Park location! I have been a customer at PSI for a decade now. From "fun" installs, to scheduled maintenance, to issues with my cars. They are the best option in town. Alexis and team know their stuff. Every quote I have received from them beats BMW dealerships hands down (and they actually know what they are doing unlike BMW). There have been a few instances where I assumed what repair was needed and the cost associated with that repair only to have the PSI team inform/teach me on the issue at hand while solving my issue for far less than I originally assumed. They are 100% trust worthy and never play games. Ive brought an M4, e46 M3, two M6s and my wife's X5 along with referred countless of my friends to them to them both at Winter Park and their Oviedo location. We are really lucky to have such a well respected team of European car enthusiasts in the Orlando market.

After having issue after issue with my Tesla Plaid I ended up trading for a 24 M4 Xdrive and unfortunately coming from 1000hp the M4 felt slow. I heard this was the place to go and stopped by and met with Lex and Ray and they went over my options and a week later I dropped my car off. My DME was sent to Finland to be unlocked, downpipes, intakes, equal lenth mid pipe and flex fuel kit installed and in just over 2 weeks I was told it's ready! Wow what a difference it makes my C8 Z06 feel slow and the Plaid just a bad memory of a boring problematic car. Great communication when I had questions and they know what they are talking about. This is going to be the only place that will be touching my M4 in the future. Thank you Ray for making my M4 a absolute MONSTER.

Went in to get a bench unlock on my G20, customer service is top notch and they had my car finished within 45 minutes. Definitely recommend for any BMW modifications or services.

I've been to both locations and it's always the same great communication and quality work, but I love that the Winter Park location is open again. Having a local shop that I can depend on for quality work when I need it can't be beat.
