I can't say enough good things about Matt, he truly went above and beyond when we needed them most! It was a holiday, and our brand-new hot water tank suddenly failed, leaving us in a panic with no hot water in sight. I called, and Matt showed up a few hours later. He worked with Rheem to diagnosed the issue: it was a faulty part from Rheem that required a replacement, which they had ship out. But waiting 3+ days without hot water? Not an option for our busy household with kids and all. Just when I thought we had to shower at the community center, Matt spotted our old, discarded water tank outside. With my okay, he brilliantly suggested pulling a compatible part from it as a temporary fix to bridge the gap until the new one arrived. I was skeptical, but get this – it worked like a charm! We had steaming hot showers that very evening. Not only did Matt think creatively on how to address the problem, he spent more time helping us and did not charge us extra. Highly, highly recommend – 5 stars aren't enough! Thank you, Matt! 🚀

Mat saved me a few thousand dollars. Another Heating company said parts were no longer available and quoted me on a new furnace and install. I felt something wasn't right so I asked a few people and found Mat. He went out of his way to fix my heating problem with new parts that were readily available. Mat is my new go to furnace technician I recommend him .

Great service! Great response from my text and call. They had a tech out to me the next morning and great service by the tech. Had my furnace operational again and provided an overview of what was the problem what they did to resolve the problem and any other issues or concerns that I should be aware of and to be addressed.

Matt and his team performed a great install of a 2 stage variable 100kBTU American Standard furnace and a 50g Rheem water heater for our home in Vancouver. In addition, an earthquake gas valve was installed since they worked on the gas anyways. We had 3 other companies (2 large and one medium size company) come in to provide a quote. Matt's quote was better and since Matt was doing the install too, he provided a much better explanation of what needed to be done, he also didn't suggest any short cuts. I was home when the installation was done and checked whether Matt and his team was doing the work well. He brought two additional staff and they arrived on time, worked hard over the 1 1/2 days, ensured we had heat and warm water at end of day one by working into the evening on the first day. They tested the install, connected the furnace with my Nest, provided a great explanation on how the three components worked. Since the install I saw a very considerable drop in gas costs and there have been no issues with any of the equipment. Matt helped afterwards with the Fortis rebate which was nice. Matt suggested to install a Perfect Platform, a box that raises the furnace so that air flows easier into the furnace. While skeptical at first, I think it was the right decision as after reading more on it it is better to provide air to the furnace from the bottom instead of the side. That platform also allows for a big fat air filter that can be easily accessed. Overall a great install and crew. I never heard of the company prior but American Standard referred me to him. Originally, I wanted to go for a bigger size company and not a smaller one like Matt's. Matt has good genes as he looks younger than he is but after spending about an hour talking about the quote and install, I quickly realized he has a lot of experience. I trusted my gut when I we had to decide on who to install and I have no regrets at all. I have recommended him to other people and I would only write this review if he truly did a great job. [Update Jan 2020: now it’s already a year later after the install. No issues and still happy. During the year there was indeed a drop in heating costs and the American standard furnace and water heater perform well. I replaced the air filter twice. What I did do before the install was to have the ducts cleaned and run the old machine to get dust out. When the new furnace came in it was so strong it sucked more dust out but after that not much more. It’s been super easy to replace filter. Also one thing that Matt suggested turned out well and that was to have the exhausts run through the chimney instead on the side of the house. It really reduces the noise from the exhaust.]

Matt’s company is fantastic. We are thrilled with our new heat pump but product aside, it was a pleasure having Matt and his team in our home. Matt is an amazing and detailed oriented person. He was thorough and helpful in remediating the issues with our tankless water heater and hvac system. We learned a lot from him and would definitely hire him again!
