Precision Family Eyecare

So disappointed! My husband had his eye exam there and they gave us a prescription. We took it to another eyeglass place to get glasses. He got sunglasses, also. When he got them, they did not help him see any better. He went back to the eyeglass place and told them and they gave him back his money for both pair. ($400+) He went back to Precision and told them what happened. They examined his eyes again and this time he got the glasses at Precision. When he got the glasses in they did not work any better. He can see better with his old pair which he got at another optometrist 2 years ago. When he went in and told them, all they would do is give him another pair of glasses. Since he had already had them examine him twice, and neither they nor another eyeglass place had luck with their scrip, he told them to keep the glasses since they didn't do him any good and left. We are out over $300. Neither of us will ever use them again.

Super awesome staff. They were very friendly and helpful in picking out my new frames. Dr. Nathan was very professional and informative. I feel like I have new friends!

In todays world, it is so hard to find exceptional customer service that leaves you with a heart stamped first impression, and let me tell ya……these people are AMAZING are truly care about their jobs and their clients! My son walked in a bit nervous and the girls at the front and the eye doctor both put him right at ease! He made lots a new friends yesterday and we left feeling happy and content! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!! ❤️

My experiences at Precision have always been good ones. The doctor is thorough and the tech always explains what she is doing. The ladies up front are friendly and helpful. My glasses lenses have always been right the first time. I will continue to go to Precision for my vision needs.
