Precision Body Shop did an excellent job fixing my car. They provided a recovery vehicle, kept me updated throughout the process, and Mr. Bash was polite and helpful. He returned car on time, spotless, and all my questions were answered clearly. Highly recommend their service.

I had a great experience with Precision Bodyshop. The courtesy car was delivered by Bash, who was courteous and very friendly. As my daughter is the designated driver, he was more than happy to move my car and park the courtesy car in the disabled bay for me. The car itself was spotless and arrived with a full tank of petrol, which was a lovely touch. Bash carefully pointed out any existing marks on the courtesy car and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I read the terms and conditions thoroughly before I signed anything. Overall, I was really impressed with the service. Bash’s attention to detail and helpfulness made the whole process easy and stress-free.

I had such a great experience with Bash! He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He personally dropped off a courtesy car for me when mine went in for repairs, and two weeks later he brought my car back and collected the courtesy car — everything was done so smoothly and efficiently. He’s such a genuinely nice man, very polite and professional, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. Couldn’t recommend him enough — thank you, Bash, for making it all so easy!

Over the phone MARIANA and the rest of the team they were really helpful and polite trying to give me the best courtesy car and the most convenient time for me to have done. Amazing service and an amazing job done! Very big thank you to mariam who was very helpful throughout this horrible experience. Naturally I wanted my car back as soon as possible and was calling continuously however, not once did I feel unheard or as if I was causing her to be annoyed. At all times she remained very professional and helpful! A real credit to her team!!

Thank you so the kind staff member who saw my flat tyre (when I was going to the place opposite), pumped my tyre up, pulled the nail out and fixed the tyre it without even charging me - so kind and I will definitely be back if I ever need any body work done to my car. Thank you again!
