My brand new Nissan Juke tekna that I keep immaculate it was worked on over Xmas to replace a wheel and bumper along with a small scratch on wing it took a long time but I was reassured it would come back clean, it didn’t, I was offered to be taken to car wash, they sent a valet company out who was professional he was the owner called Ashley & I gave him good tip, I also pointed out the scratches to the dashboard to him & expressed my anger, I kept the courtesy car spotless & even dusted it on the day of collection! My bad boy mobility car is my pride & joy & Mariana who works on switch board was super helpful reassuring me the car would come back brand new, the touch screen inside has been heavily scratched & I’ve been palmed to complaints, the manager would not even speak to me on phone!! Precision Body Shop did an excellent job fixing my car. They provided a recovery vehicle, kept me updated throughout the process, and Mr. Bash was polite and helpful. He returned car on time, spotless, and all my questions were answered clearly. Highly recommend their service.

I had a great experience with Precision Bodyshop. The courtesy car was delivered by Bash, who was courteous and very friendly. As my daughter is the designated driver, he was more than happy to move my car and park the courtesy car in the disabled bay for me. The car itself was spotless and arrived with a full tank of petrol, which was a lovely touch. Bash carefully pointed out any existing marks on the courtesy car and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also made sure I read the terms and conditions thoroughly before I signed anything. Overall, I was really impressed with the service. Bash’s attention to detail and helpfulness made the whole process easy and stress-free.

He personally dropped off a courtesy car for me when mine went in for repairs, and two weeks later he brought my car back and collected the courtesy car — everything was done so smoothly and efficiently. My Experience with Precision Bodyshop, my 2024 RX500h Lexus was stolen & recovered and send to Precision Bodyshop to repair. I must say it taken over 2 months to get my vehicle repaired but its good as New. Andrew who looked at the vehicle first time he knows what parts required. Each time i spoken to transport team very helpful & advising accordingly. So there for 5** *** TO ALL. "Thank you" to all the staffs help.
