My brand new Nissan Juke tekna that I keep immaculate it was worked on over Xmas to replace a wheel and bumper along with a small scratch on wing it took a long time but I was reassured it would come back clean, it didn’t, I was offered to be taken to car wash, they sent a valet company out who was professional he was the owner called Ashley & I gave him good tip, I also pointed out the scratches to the dashboard to him & expressed my anger, I kept the courtesy car spotless & even dusted it on the day of collection! My bad boy mobility car is my pride & joy & Mariana who works on switch board was super helpful reassuring me the car would come back brand new, the touch screen inside has been heavily scratched & I’ve been palmed to complaints, the manager would not even speak to me on phone!! Really truly disappointed & angry my cars damaged after you meant to fix it! Mr Adams KN25 ZRY

Precision Body Shop did an excellent job fixing my car. They provided a recovery vehicle, kept me updated throughout the process, and Mr. Bash was polite and helpful. He returned car on time, spotless, and all my questions were answered clearly. Highly recommend their service.
