I took my car to this shop with paperwork from O'Reilly's because my check engine light was on and it wouldn't pass inspection, O'Reilly's stated it was the Catalytic converter and a small EVAP leak.I brought my car in on May 27th, left it overnight They fixed only the Catalytic converter for a total of $1072.50. They said it was fixed Well 4 days later the check engine light is back on Brought it back, they ran the code for check engine and it came up EVAP. I asked them to fix it Well they didn't fix it they put a fuel injector part on it. I had left the car overnight again Then 2 days later the check engine light is back on. I dropped the car off yesterday. They called me today and wanted me to pay another $500 just for the part and said the part can only be bought from a dealer, which is not true as my son in-law ordered the part online not from a dealer which only cost $200. I will have my son in-laws mechanic fix it. I had been a loyal customer for years, never again. I told them today that I will never go back again. Customers please beware of this shop as even the shop manager told me that some of the kids just do repairs quickly and not always correct. Please don't bring your car for repairs as you would be taking a chance that it won't be fixed right. Precision Auto center is a joke. From a very disappointed consumer

This is definitely the best place for any car repairs in Marlborough in my opinion. They get the job done quickly with very affordable prices. Why would you pay close to $100 for an oil change at the chain store if you can get the same service with much cheaper price?

I had a wonderful experience with Precision! I first brought my car to be repaired after an accident, as you can see from my before and after pictures they did an amazing job, my car looks brand new. Due to how great a job they did I brought it back when I needed new brakes and an oil change, and again the service was really great. I highly recommend Precision, they are very friendly, professional, and they provide quick, quality work at a fair price.

Great experience. Had a minor accident, went to 3 shops for estimates. Not only were they the least expensive, they got the job done in 4 days when the other shops told us 2 weeks. The work was excellent, and the service from everyone we dealt with was awesome. HIGHLY recommend them.

Far and away, the best experience I have ever had getting work done on my car. HIGHLY recommend this location. I got into a small accident on Sunday, called on Monday first thing in the morning and dropped it off the same day. They called back 2 hours later with an overview of the situation, multiple courses of action I could take (if I wanted/needed to save money), and detailed pricing. They were not pushy, did not try to upsell me, and had my car back in 1 day instead of 4 like I thought it would take.

Excellent service from everyone, especially the attention of its owners Harlen, and all his group of employees. My car is like new and thanks to their attention I was able to know what I needed, to change oils and brakes they are super honest and they are a great family.

No matter what time I come in they always have someone right away to attend you, I always get my oil change over here and I can trust everything it’s gonna be A+ on their part, overall very good place and the people are amazing too, definitely ain’t going anywhere else but here!
