Great experience. Had a minor accident, went to 3 shops for estimates. Not only were they the least expensive, they got the job done in 4 days when the other shops told us 2 weeks. The work was excellent, and the service from everyone we dealt with was awesome. HIGHLY recommend them.

Far and away, the best experience I have ever had getting work done on my car. HIGHLY recommend this location. I got into a small accident on Sunday, called on Monday first thing in the morning and dropped it off the same day. They called back 2 hours later with an overview of the situation, multiple courses of action I could take (if I wanted/needed to save money), and detailed pricing. They were not pushy, did not try to upsell me, and had my car back in 1 day instead of 4 like I thought it would take.

This is definitely the best place for any car repairs in Marlborough in my opinion. They get the job done quickly with very affordable prices. Why would you pay close to $100 for an oil change at the chain store if you can get the same service with much cheaper price?

With over 100,000 miles on our VW Atlas, we were understandably hesitant to invest too much in cosmetic repairs — but the damage to the bumper from a minor accident in the driveway was something we couldn’t ignore. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision Auto to anyone.

I have to say, I had the best experience at Precision Auto Center! The staff were very professional and efficient. They told me my vehicle would be done in 2 weeks and it was ready on time and the work was outstanding. I had a wonderful experience with Precision! I first brought my car to be repaired after an accident, as you can see from my before and after pictures they did an amazing job, my car looks brand new. Due to how great a job they did I brought it back when I needed new brakes and an oil change, and again the service was really great. I highly recommend Precision, they are very friendly, professional, and they provide quick, quality work at a fair price.

Harlan and his team were fantastic. They didn’t try to oversell , they took care of the things I really needed, and charged a fair price. Very friendly staff too! I highly recommend!

The absolute BEST oil change service we’ve ever had! Seriously in and out in less than 30 minutes TOPS! Not only were they EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, they even fixed the light that was out over the license plate without us asking that the last place we went to (a big company chain) completely ignored. And the price was less than we expected based on what came up online. 10/10 Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We called ahead and were explicitly told to come in. When we arrived, your staff took the car into the garage, and we waited for approximately 45 minutes. After all that time, we were then told that you were closing soon and that the check could not be done today. This was a complete waste of our time and could have been avoided if we had been told upfront that the work could not be completed. If you were unable to perform the check due to closing time, we should not have been instructed to come in or had the car taken back in the first place.
