By far the best shop in the area. They truly go above and beyond. Quality work with excellent service. Despite clearly having a lot of work on their hands, the turnaround time on getting my vehicle back was great. I could not recommend this place enough.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, a brake inspection, a quote for bodywork (for the second time), and to address an issue with jerking during acceleration. This was the second time I brought my car in specifically for the acceleration issue. Two days prior, I called to confirm that the service center would have time to test-drive my vehicle, and I was assured that I could bring it in for an inspection. Upon dropping it off, I reiterated my previous conversation and asked if they would be able to test-drive it. Despite this, I did not receive any updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the day. At 12:30 PM, I called for an update, but the representative who answered had little information and simply stated they would get the mechanic. After waiting several minutes with no further response, I decided to go in person to pick up my car. To my disappointment, the only service completed was the oil change. I reviewed my dash cam footage, which showed that my car was brought in at 8:57 AM, parked at 9:20 AM, and remained untouched for the rest of the day. This is now the second time I have been left without a vehicle all day, waiting for an update and expecting it to be properly inspected, only to find that nothing had been done. This level of service is unacceptable.

Just after New Years I had parked at my local gym. It was an extraordinarily windy day. After I had finished my workout, I was walking back to my vehicle in the parking lot. The manager was standing by my vehicle with an odd look on his face. He informed me a tree fell on my car! It had fallen diagonally over the vehicle, cracking windows and significantly denting the front quarter panel. There was damage all over the vehicle, as the falling branches scraped and dented many places. I took my vehicle to Precision after I had received the estimate from my insurance. I had a tight deadline due to a preplanned trip and Michelle (who I worked with) reassured me that they would do the best in their power to complete the repairs in time for my trip. Well, they made it with days to spare. The work was impeccable, the car looked better than new, every dent and ding was gone, and all the folks I dealt with, especially Michelle, were friendly, helpful and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the process. They worked with my rental car company to return my rental car as I had picked up my vehicle after they had closed. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Precision!

I can't recommend Precision Auto Center enough! They are the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable body shop I've ever encountered. They took the time to help me with my car accident and took care of everything with the insurance and gave all the detailes about the work done. The quality of their repairs are the best! Their customer service is excellent! At a time of a car accident is very stressful and I fell very confident leaving my car at their shop knowing they were going to fix my car perfectly! My car needed bumper and paint work. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and kept me up to date with things. On top of that my car was done 2 days before it was expected to be finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Precision! I first brought my car to be repaired after an accident, as you can see from my before and after pictures they did an amazing job, my car looks brand new. Due to how great a job they did I brought it back when I needed new brakes and an oil change, and again the service was really great. I highly recommend Precision, they are very friendly, professional, and they provide quick, quality work at a fair price.

Screwd up 2 of my cars in a 8 year period. You would figure they would learn by now. Pull your stuff out of your car if it is totalled, otherwise they will go thru it and keep any items. The screwed up my mustang and filled it with 1 inch of putty instead of pulling the metal. A bunch of Charle's bottom feeding clowns who are not that skilled, including his cousins who are great at being ignorant with crappy attitudes. 3 other shops in Marlboro. If you want dissatisfaction and come on down.

Excellent service from everyone, especially the attention of its owners Harlen, and all his group of employees. My car is like new and thanks to their attention I was able to know what I needed, to change oils and brakes they are super honest and they are a great family.
