Great service. I talked Yair (Sales). He’s friendly and patience. Precise Roofing complete the job a few days early. There’s a bit of an issue, they didn’t cover the unfinished part on the roof, so some water got in the ceiling and through drywall and leak to the floor inside the house. I talked to Joseph (supervisor). He’s on it and has his team sealed the roof, clean the installation, fixed the drywall (cut the wet area, install new piece of drywall, and repainted. I am happy with the contract. I highly recommend precise roofing to everyone in Sonoma county/Santa Rosa area.

The first thing you notice throughout the entire replacement process is how David treated all the transition points. Edges, slopes, and overall alignment were all tended to with the same level of care. Nothing is rushed or uneven. Balanced, clean lines with the thoughtfulness to last and age well over time.

I still can’t believe how Joseph handled my roof repair. Last week I noticed water dripping into my living room. By the time he arrived I was a nervous wreck. Joseph calmly went up and down, located a hidden crack, and sealed it perfectly. I just sat on my couch watching in awe, feeling more relieved with every step he took. Heroes don’t wear capes , they climb roofs!
