Really happy I found this place! I wanted to get a the handle of a knife engraved for my father-in-law, and after being told by several different jewelry stores that they weren’t capable of doing it, I hopped on Google and found Precision Laser Engraving. Every aspect of the experience was extremely positive. First and foremost, they are open from early in the morning until late at night, which means that drop-off and pick-up can conveniently be done before/after work (just call ahead to make an appointment). They’re also very knowledgeable and capable of advising on how best to achieve a desired design or result, which I found especially helpful. Once the design is finalized, they will send a digital rendering for approval, and the turnaround time is extremely quick. I dropped off the knife in the evening after work, and I was able to pick it up the very next day. The engraving itself is nice and crisp (it is on solid brass), and unlike cheap laser engravings, the etching is decently deep into the metal, so I don’t have any concerns about it fading away. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’ll definitely be returning to Precision Laser Engraving for my future engraving-related needs!

Honestly, wish more businesses were like this. I showed up late Thursday night & nobody was there. I called and they promptly picked up the phone and very apologetically explained that the hours on google were incorrect. They offered to come in right then but I said the next day morning was fine. They said great and apologized again. The next morning they texted me to let me know when they were en route to the office. I dropped off the engraving product and they were so kind and attentive. They said since I had come when they were closed they would do complimentary same day service. They texted me that evening and I picked up the product; flawlessly executed. Precise Laser Engraving is dependable the best service ever very quick and the prices are very reasonable very professional place I Recommend them Haily I’m already getting some other stuff engraved a day later again Customer Service is very important to this place
