HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I needed a whiskey bottle engraved for my friend’s 40th birthday, and it was a very last-minute request on a Friday night. I walked into Precise Laser Engraving at 7:30 pm, and the owner, Berj, greeted me with genuine kindness. He kindly agreed to have it ready before 10 pm that same evening and, impressively, finished in under two hours. I was blown away by the speed, efficiency, fair pricing and exceptional HIGH QUALITY of both the engraving and the customer service. My friend was absolutely speechless when he saw the gift. Really happy I found this place! I wanted to get a the handle of a knife engraved for my father-in-law, and after being told by several different jewelry stores that they weren’t capable of doing it, I hopped on Google and found Precision Laser Engraving. Every aspect of the experience was extremely positive. First and foremost, they are open from early in the morning until late at night, which means that drop-off and pick-up can conveniently be done before/after work (just call ahead to make an appointment). They’re also very knowledgeable and capable of advising on how best to achieve a desired design or result, which I found especially helpful. Once the design is finalized, they will send a digital rendering for approval, and the turnaround time is extremely quick. I dropped off the knife in the evening after work, and I was able to pick it up the very next day. The engraving itself is nice and crisp (it is on solid brass), and unlike cheap laser engravings, the etching is decently deep into the metal, so I don’t have any concerns about it fading away. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’ll definitely be returning to Precision Laser Engraving for my future engraving-related needs!
