Leo came to my house on November 23, 2025. The garage door would close and automatically reopen. Leo was able to diagnose what the garage needed. He replaced the two springs, two drums, and the torsion pipe. Also, Leo provided a new Genie universal keypad. Thank you Leo for being thorough.

Okay BEN!! 200 stars! They text to remind, they text to let you know they are on their way, and they arrive when they say they will! They come and check everything out and give you a free estimate. If you don’t go with them it doesn’t cost a single thing. But he was so sure and knowledgeable about what he needed to do and he gave us an amazing price and said it would only take about 10 minutes and we absolutely could not say no. I would recommend this company and Ben to anyone who needs help with their garage! We will definitely be doing regular yearly maintenance with him.

He offered transparent advice and expert opinion on our double tension replacement, since one of the springs snapped after 5 & half yrs. Joe gave me 3 options for spring quality and durability.
