Our technician, Joseph called when he was on his way and was prompt and friendly. He quickly identified the issue and checked all other parts of our Liftmaster system. I appreciated that he explained the problem and outlined the repair. Very fair pricing too. Will definitely message again anytime I need a garage fix.

I requested a garage door replacement project on Yelp and was sent this company. I scheduled an appointment of which Precise must have sent my info to an entirely different company, Palms Garage Doors. I called to confront Precise Garage Door on their misrepresentation and now they won't answer my calls. Buyer beware!!
