Precious pets saved the day with our ragdoll cat Cleo who had become so matted! They did a wonderful job at grooming, and Cleo has a bounce in her step she hasn’t for a while- it’s like she is a kitten again! Grooming a cat can’t be easy- so thank you so much Precious pets Avoca for looking after Cleo so well and making her look fabulous. Cant recommend them highly enough!

My chihuahua Luna went to Precious Pets dog groomers at Avoca today. I dropped her off and picked her up an hour later and she looked so happy and beautiful, I am so impressed with Precious Pets!!! WOW!!!! I highly recommend, they are fabulous!!!! My baby was happy to stay there & the price was good!.

When I made the appointment for my dog they said 9:30, she is 3rd on list. Delivered dog at 9:30 and was told she would be ready just after lunch, I turned up at 3pm to be told she wasn't ready because they had 36 dogs booked in on that day. I told them it wasn't my problem they had overbooked. Staff member was rude and obviously didn't like my response. Finally my dog was ready at 5:15. Had been kept in a small cage for the majority of the day. Won't be back!

I get very nervous handing my little guy over to anyone but the precious pets team made it a breeze, he was happy to go back again and was looking even more adorable when I picked him up. Thank you so much 🩷

My boy looked the best he’s ever looked after being groomed at Precious Pets. He is a Labrador/retriever and has a lot of fur to shed. They did a wonderful job trimming nails and excess fur of paws etc. the price was very reasonable. I will be using them from now on.

I am so grateful for Precious Pets! I called very last minute for a Full Groom for my Cavoodle and they were so accomodating, fitting me in on a busy Friday. It was the best Cavoodle haircut she has had and they were amazing with some matts under her arms and around her ears. I am coming back here every time I come to Avoca, Inka was so happy!

I have been to precious pets for many years. In September, I took my bichon Frise for a grooming. I told them to cut short, because summer is coming. When I pick up my dog up, I almost had a heart attack because she was sheared as a sheep. The lady charged mu full price, no apologies, said I asked for a short cut and that’s what I had. They obviously don’t know how to handle a bichon Frise. I tried to contact Karen the owner but couldn’t get through so yesterday I went to see her just to find out she have sold the business to a new lady (Naomi). That explained everything. Naomi confronted me that last time I was not happy with the service and they not gonna take my dog. I am glad to take my dog elsewhere, would never let her in the hands of people who have no skills nor manners. What a shame to see a good business went to a wrong hand ! Look at my poor scared shaved bichon Frise 💔

Another fantastic job on our pup. Being a full sized labradoodle, he’s at the groomers a good while each trip and normally can’t wait to get out. At Precious Pets, he was happy to sit and wait patiently, when we arrived to pick him up…..we’ve never seen this magic before!! This tells me that as well as a great job on grooming him, he feels comfortable in the space.

Great service, caring staff and reasonably priced. My dog is always happy and smelling beautiful after her visits here.

After a traumatic experience at my vets practice and my usual groomer unable to fit my boy in for a quick nail trim before Xmas I contacted Precious Pets who were happy to see my boy anytime as a drop in. He was in and out very quickly with all nails cut! So pleased and will be using them for all future grooming appts from now on. Very good prices too 😊🐾
