Very rude owner. We got to Pratunam luggage storage around 3:30pm and they close by 6pm (which was fine because we had to catch a flight around the time) Since we were using their storage for under 3hours, we asked for a discount (very politely) the nice lady said she’ll find out what she can do and said she’ll give discount if we left her a google review, which we were happy to because our interaction with her was really nice! Then the owner comes out and speaks so rudely and while we were discussing, shut the door on our faces. It definitely felt like racism and we were left with no choice to use their service because we wanted to grab a bite before our flight. Use their services if you must but the owner did not have to be so rude to us.

Very easy to find! And door for luggage room is locked so it is secured, no worries! I left my stuff here for 2 hours so I could check out Pratunam area before my flight! Easy and convenient, I’m satisfied! Luggage storage area is locked inside the tailors store! Ladies are here to keep the luggage safe!
