Had the electricity in one room and house Wi-Fi go out after 8pm. Jason took my call and was terrific. Prompt arrival and resolved our issue quickly. He’s easy to communicate with and good about explaining things. Would absolutely recommend

Jason Scott was unbelievable. My electricity had began flickering and making a crackling noise so obviously I was pretty concerned. I googled 24/7 electricians because it was like 7 at night. And came across Power Pros. Jason was here within 30 minutes. It turns out to be a main breaker issue. The main switch was fried to the point it started to melt the back a little bit. Incredibly dangerous. So he replaced the main breaker and after he attached the new switch, it began to spark. I was there and saw it spark too. Clearly not just a main breaker issue. The whole panel needed to be replaced. But that would be a 4-5 hour job and at this point it was 7:30. Jason said there’s no way he could leave it like that in good faith even for another day. So he ran to Lowe’s, got what he needed and replaced the whole panel that night. Didn’t leave until 11:30. Turns out the old panel was 40 years old. Now I can run multiple things without the fear of a tripped switch or the lights flickering, etc. I put the new panel to the test and purposely put on multiple lights and appliances and it works flawlessly. Not much would cause the old panel to trip a switch but I didn’t see the warning signs until I started hearing the crackling. Luckily, thanks to Jason seeing the seriousness of the situation, it was addressed promptly, even if that meant working until nearly midnight, which he did. And the price wasn’t bad at all either. At least I didn’t think so from what I could see in a google search of how much a job like this can go for. I thought it was incredibly reasonable considering the inconvenience of the situation and the fact it became an unexpected massive job and he did it without hesitation. If I ever have any other electrical issues in the future, I’ll definitely be calling Jason. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
