It was an great useful equipment for a small family and the machine are heavy too. I was doing workout for past 3 days and its feel very comfirt and userfriendly too… Regarding the service from powermax, first i bought the device from Amazone and we didn’t get the delivery of the full units. Hence i returned the device and contacted PowerMax team in Dubai directly and they ensure the delivery and installation on very next day itself on the same prize of amazone. Excellent service and i hope their support also will be very good. Over all i am very much happy and i can refere to any anyboy who wanted to know my experience

I'm ranking power max fitness with 4 ,because I had bad experience previous I purchased a treadmill that wasn't explained clearly that the treadmill needs break 20 min after every 30 min work, which i feel that is funny for treadmill ,it was delivered to me by noon in the box, not ready to be used. I neded to contact powermax by myself so they come to me to mount the treadmill for extra charge fee. But when I explained my inconvenience the lady that it works in call center in powermax was very helpful and she agree to change my treadmill for better one I just payed the difference. Their mechanic guy come the same day and replace and mount it the new treadmill,and he pick up the old one . He was super polite and efficient ,very professional . Now I'm happy with the new and more efficient treadmill My suggestion if you bye treadmill from powermax make very good research about treadmill motors and their performance to not have bad suprise at the end .
