It was an great useful equipment for a small family and the machine are heavy too. I was doing workout for past 3 days and its feel very comfirt and userfriendly too… Regarding the service from powermax, first i bought the device from Amazone and we didn’t get the delivery of the full units. Hence i returned the device and contacted PowerMax team in Dubai directly and they ensure the delivery and installation on very next day itself on the same prize of amazone. Excellent service and i hope their support also will be very good. Over all i am very much happy and i can refere to any anyboy who wanted to know my experience

I'm ranking power max fitness with 4 ,because I had bad experience previous I purchased a treadmill that wasn't explained clearly that the treadmill needs break 20 min after every 30 min work, which i feel that is funny for treadmill ,it was delivered to me by noon in the box, not ready to be used. I neded to contact powermax by myself so they come to me to mount the treadmill for extra charge fee. But when I explained my inconvenience the lady that it works in call center in powermax was very helpful and she agree to change my treadmill for better one I just payed the difference. Their mechanic guy come the same day and replace and mount it the new treadmill,and he pick up the old one . He was super polite and efficient ,very professional . Now I'm happy with the new and more efficient treadmill My suggestion if you bye treadmill from powermax make very good research about treadmill motors and their performance to not have bad suprise at the end .

Worst ever customer services They says warranty of 1 year but no installation They have to be very clear during purchase via Amazon or store about installations. Anyway I do not recommend this brand to anyone in UAE it’s nothing but a scam to catch clients Model TDM-96M

I was initially planning to give a 5-star rating, but due to a minor defect in the delivered treadmill, I’m giving it 4 stars for now. However, I really appreciate the excellent support from the PowerMax team. They promptly sent a technician, Raja, who did a great job resolving the issue. They even replaced the unit with a new one, and now the machine is perfect for our studio. We ordered the PowerMax TDM-110 and got it at a great price—better than Amazon—with free delivery and installation included. I highly recommend this treadmill from PowerMax. I’ll update this review after a year to share how the performance holds up over time.

Extremely disappointed with the treadmill. While the buying process was made smooth thanks to Ms. Sujata Singh and delivery process thanks to Mr. Rajasekar Rao however the treadmill itself is a pain. There is a PAUSE button on the treadmill, but on using it it just STOPS. So if your working out and want to take a short break and continue you just cannot. The only way to keep track is keep a paper and pen ready to calculate time, speed, distance and calories. I've barely used this 2ice max 3ice. After almost 2 months I then get a reply saying not all treadmills have the Pause feature, it's just a sticker. So how does one track ? Now when I want it to be exchanged no one replies. They take their own sweet time. I am pretty sure now they won't bother also. Wouldn't recommend buying this treadmill TAC-225.

Received excellent customer service from Sujata in my request for a user manual for the EH-850 Elliptical trainer. I had tried the Powermax WhatsApp chat, the Powermax contact email and even Instagram account all without response. I tried the UAE office and luckily Sujata provided me with a PDF copy, this was excellent customer service and very much appreciated.
