Buyer be-Wow! After believing an electrician could do my install, I had issues with my generator. I reached out to this company and was met with compassionate, kind and quick responses from the office staff. They got me set up on a maintenance plan and a service call for a technician to come check the installation and quickly discovered that there were errors made. I wish I would have had this company do the install instead. The technicians were prompt and polite and explained everything to me very clearly despite me not being very tech savvy!
I was able to have a working generator for the multitude of storms we had and I couldn't be happier or more thankful to Sharon and her awesome team. Glad to say that I will be working with them for many years to come!
