I am a new customer. I needed assistance repairing our Generac ASAP. Power Watch Systems was listed as authorized service company, so I gave them a call. The girl who answered the phone was super helpful describing my options to obtain service. The guy who came to fix our unit arrived when promised, was very approachable, explained everything very clearly and gave me peace of mind with his expertise. Oh, I forgot to mention that I received service less than two hours after my initial call! I am a super happy customer and I will now use them for future maintenance and emergency repairs.
