Terrific experience from initial consult to install! Had spent months researching companies to install a 26kw for our home. From the very beginning, Power Watch Systems stood out. Their rep who visited for the initial consult was very knowledgeable and honest. My discussions with their sales team afterwards (and throughout the process) was always positive. As a family run business, with salaried employees that does not rely on subs, I felt we had great continuity over the several months we waited on permits and approvals. Power Watch handled everything, unlike other providers. And install was outstanding! We had a small army of professionals led by Mike, Tim and Brett show up on time and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable and I learned a great deal from them throughout the install. Bottom line: they cared about doing the job right. And they did! Top notch! We're delighted to have our new generator and are very grateful to everyone at Power Watch Systems for making it happen! Highest recommendation.

PWS install a 26kw unit on my residential property this week. It was a rather complex installation because the unit had to be installed about 130 feet from my electric meters and about 50 feet from the NG gas meter. I also had 2 electric meters, which they combined into one in order to support the one transfer switch. All electric and gas lines were run through my garage and basement... not outside the house. There were no surprises or issues or change requests. The proposed estimate, installation plan and the final cost all matched up with no issues. The 6 guys doing the installation and the front office were very pleasant and patient with all my questions. The install took about 6 hours. I especially appreciated the extra effort to run the electrical through my garage, rather than outside the house, as originally discussed in the proposal. What set them apart from the other companies is the guy who originally came out to do the estimate was the lead installer... not a sales guy. The price was also very competitive compared to the other estimates I received.
