The reviews for eye brow waxing encouraged me to try this spot out and it’s been a good experience every time. I think Mia does the brows. I’d make an appt for nails because it can get busy. Cindy did a great job on my pedicure and Amy nailed the shape on my square acrylic full set with French tip ($60) they appreciate cash tips. Worth a visit! **UPDATE** I went back TWICE and tried two separate nail techs because I couldn’t schedule with Amy. Please save your time and money. I’m so disappointed in my fills, nails are cracking, hair is being caught in my nails, polish is chipping (I asked for white acrylic to avoid this and he was given the wrong color so he had to use white polish) this is my second time trying someone else out for a fill. Within 72 hours my nails looked 3 weeks old I wanted to go back and ask to have them fixed but I don’t have the time to frequent the nail salon. I also spoke up about the terrible shape before I paid but no one fixed it. I’m guessing the tech was in training or just really bad at doing nails 😣 $50 fill is not cheap I have to find a new salon. Amy did do an amazing job on my eye brows tho so I still recommend brow waxing here definitely NOT nails.

Went in on a Friday for French tip, nail was chipped by Sunday. I went back to try and get the nail fixed. Dispite being there soon as the door opened they took about 4 pedicures and 3 eye brows before me: they also decided to do to full fill ins before fixing my one nail that should have never been chipped within 48 hours and yes it is gel

Been here twice and really liked my nails. Went today for ombre pink/white. Unfortunately the young man spoke well but really didn't know the assignment. I didn't want to embarrass him as I figured maybe he just messed up and will make necessary adjustments to fix my nails. But after wiping the pink off X2 amd continuing with ither nails on the third try--- i had to stop him to let him know they were horrible and i did not like them. He then started to speak to a young lady there ( in another language) . I politely ask her if she can tell me what's happening with my nails ( i didn't think I was wrong b/c she had previously done my nails and I tipped her pretty well, so I saw it as just a simple question of concern) my thought was maybe she can do them instead. I was WRONG!!! She turned around and looked at me saying " IM NOT THE ONE DOING YOUR NAILS, HE IS DOING YOUR NAILS ASK HIM' very rudely if I might say. I was quite disappointed because my inquiry did not warrant such a response. Either way the young man said he would soak them off but I politely let him know it's okay I'll soak them off myself as I did not have much time. The photo speak for itself. I will certainly not go back to this establishment. Not because of the young man but because of the distasteful behavior of the young lady, absolutely poor customer service skills, I will NEVER support an establishment that allow this kind of behavior. ( no payment for this service was requested)

Annie is going to be the downfall of this shop. She has a very nasty attitude! Just because someone doesn’t understand your language doesn’t mean they don’t understand body language. On my second visit, there was a customer who sat down for a pedicure but shortly after got up and started screaming, telling me they were talking about us. At that moment, I thought the lady was being paranoid, but I now realize she wasn’t. Another time, I got into an argument with Ti because I didn’t like my nail design. Mind you, he had only done one nail, and I asked him to add just one line to change the design, but he refused. The last straw for me was my most recent visit when I saw Annie attempt to take advantage of my mom and try to charge her extra. When I spoke up, she rolled her eyes and started slamming things. I ended up leaving the salon with just a pedicure when I had initially asked for a fill-in as well. I called my mom after leaving to explain why, and she said she noticed Annie’s attitude too and thought she was just overreacting. Almost every visit I’ve had to this shop has been unpleasant. I asked if Mia still worked there because she used to do my lashes and eyebrows, and Annie yelled, “I DON’T KNOW.” I repeated what she said and stated so you don’t know if Mia works here anymore, and Annie responded, “YEAH, THAT’S WHAT I SAID,” rolled her eyes, and got an attitude. I normally would snap about how disrespectful she is, but I’m learning to stop spending my money where I am not appreciated. I also made a very nice TikTok about this shop, but that will be coming off my account immediately. Safe to say I do not recommend it. The work isn’t that great either! My full sets at my new salon last much longer! I’ve gone a whole month without any breaks or cracks, unlike Power Nails.

I got my nails done by Tony. He is literally the most sweet, humble, down to earth nail tech I’ve come across in so long. He cares so much about the customer and their experience. My full set was only $50 and I got white acrylic powder, not white gel polish. Was told the fill in prices start at $40. There was also literally no wait time and they opened before 10AM even hit.

Pedicure was done by Jason. He was so attentive and gave a marvelous massage. I have a little arthritis in my knees and poor circulation in my legs. I really felt a difference after Jason's massage during the pedicure. My nails were done by Handsome Henry. He did an exquisite job. Henry gave me the perfect length and shape as I requested. I also had my brows waxed but will be back to get the brow tinting and lashes as I watched the young lady's work on others and they looked great. This was my first time visiting Power Nails but definitely not my last.

50$ for this is diabolical. I pay 30$ max, and then I was told I couldn’t split payment. Like whole experience was trash and they started saying I was broke and didn’t have money , whole time translation app was open on my phone. Do not go here, they charge ridiculous amount for basic stuff and they are always talking about customers. Worst salon drive elsewhere. I asked in store why it was so much he said nothing and then I asked if I could get it taken off he told me I would be charged the 50 plus 10$ for take off. I got a basic application no color no extra shaping. I literally asked for full set, short square. He tried to give me a nude color I said no color i cant have color at work. 50$ is just too much for some that I pay 25$-30$ for easily anywhere. Came here because it’s close to my house . Definitely feel robbed.

So when I came into the shop I asked specifically how much a full set is which I was quoted 45. I think asked how much for a pedicure and was told 45. So I’m thinking I’m gonna come in and maybe max spend 110. I was shocked to find out my chiclet size nails were $75 and my toes were the true price. There was a young lady who had longer nail with a French and paid $65.00. Pleaseeeeee do not come here and in additional to the unclean tools that were used and the nail tech stepping out for a smoke break and then come back to do my nail is highly unprofessional
