I LOVE TONY!!!!!!!! He’s done every set for me always takes his time, always so polite, always informative. He always checks to see if I’m still comfortable. Tony is the best nail tech I’ve had since i moved to GA. Thank you Tony for being so kind you never know how much a person needs it. Thank you for being so sweet to me and doing my nails SOOOO good every time. Tony pays very close attention to shaping and detail everyone should check him out

T and Don were amazing! I came in for a mani/pedi and T made sure I was 100% satisfied with my nails. He took his time and they came out sooo pretty. Don was patient and super detailed with my pedicure, especially with the cuticles and all the areas that needed extra attention lol. Great service and great energy. I’ll definitely be back!

do not recommend this establishment at all. The first time I came, the service was not good, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe it was just a bad day. Unfortunately, my second visit was even worse and confirmed that the service here is unacceptable. We walked in at 6:45 PM and the store did not close until 7:30 PM. If the staff did not want to take customers that late, they simply should have told us they were closing soon instead of accepting us and then treating us poorly the entire time. From the moment we sat down, the attitude was terrible. The woman who worked on my feet had a very nasty and unprofessional demeanor. On top of that, she handled my feet so aggressively that it actually hurt, which should never happen during something that is supposed to be relaxing. To make matters worse, she started my service and then never finished it. She left my feet incomplete and had the audacity to try to rush us to pay before even finishing our nails or feet. I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for her to come back and apply the polish to my toes, which she never did. I was left sitting there confused and frustrated while the staff seemed more focused on closing than actually providing the service we came for. The level of disrespect and lack of care was unbelievable. I was so upset by the way we were treated that I decided not to even get my nails done at all. No one should pay their hard earned money to be rushed, treated with an attitude, and left with unfinished service. I will not be returning and I strongly recommend others think twice before coming here

I came here to get my nails and feet done. I’ve been coming here well over 6 years. Dean and Susan always make me feel like a queen by the time I leave. I live downtown Atlanta and once a month I travel and I’m never disappointed 🫶🏽❤️…I love this Nails’s salon.

Dean usually does my nails and he does an amazing job!! I came here yesterday and I’m obsessed with my new set. Cindy did my pedicure and brought my feet back to life. I’ll be asking for her from now on too. I always have a good experience here

I been going to Cindy at Power Nails for a minute now and it’s about time I say something. That’s BEEN my tech. I don’t even let nobody else touch my feet. Every time I sit in her chair, she get me all the way together. She don’t rush, she don’t half-step, and she make sure everything smooth, shaped, and polished just right. The massage be hitting, the detail be on point, and I always leave feeling fresh fresh. Cindy really take pride in what she do, and it shows every single time. If you want your feet looking soft, clean, and vacation-ready, gone book with her. She understood the assignment before it was even given. That’s my girl and I’m locked in. Period 💅🏽✨

Visited this location for a full set with design. My nail tech Tony was rude, impatient, and a complete headache to deal with. I showed him my design before he started and he confirmed he could do it. I told him I wanted glow in the dark top coat. He proceeded to make my nails different lengths and the stiletto shape was not sharp enough. He acted like I was bothering him. When it came to the design he could not do it. Two hours of wasted time. Only reason I didn’t request someone else because I was running late. I will not be returning. The $85 I paid wasnt bad at all because I can afford it but the service was terrible.

The reviews for eye brow waxing encouraged me to try this spot out and it’s been a good experience every time. I think Mia does the brows. I’d make an appt for nails because it can get busy. Cindy did a great job on my pedicure and Amy nailed the shape on my square acrylic full set with French tip ($60) they appreciate cash tips. Worth a visit! **UPDATE** I went back TWICE and tried two separate nail techs because I couldn’t schedule with Amy. Please save your time and money. I’m so disappointed in my fills, nails are cracking, hair is being caught in my nails, polish is chipping (I asked for white acrylic to avoid this and he was given the wrong color so he had to use white polish) this is my second time trying someone else out for a fill. Within 72 hours my nails looked 3 weeks old I wanted to go back and ask to have them fixed but I don’t have the time to frequent the nail salon. I also spoke up about the terrible shape before I paid but no one fixed it. I’m guessing the tech was in training or just really bad at doing nails 😣 $50 fill is not cheap I have to find a new salon. Amy did do an amazing job on my eye brows tho so I still recommend brow waxing here definitely NOT nails.

Went to get dip powder removed & she ended up filing off layers of my natural nails and now they are too thin and brittle to get done again. Horrible price to pay for a $10 service. This trip cost me my nail strength that was worth way more, DONT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE AT THIS PLACE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
