I've just received my new PC from Power Computing, it is absolutely wonderful. It looks amazing and is exactly what I asked for specs wise. My main requirement for the PC was to have a specific case and Antonio was happy to order it in for me. The PC was delivered in perfect condition, having been packaged very well. The level of communication at every step of the process was brilliant. I cannot recommend Power Computing enough.

Amazing experience with configuring and build of my custom built gaming PC thanks to Antonio and the team at Power Computing. there was clear communication conveyed throughout the process and they were quick to deliver the final product. They are always willing to assist with any issues as well after sale.

I dropped off my home-build SFF PC for diagnostics and the next day I received a voicemail that they’d confirmed what the issue was. Antonio was super helpful giving me advice on how to proceed and which motherboards I could buy to replace my faulty one. The diagnostics fee was very competitive and all the parts that had been removed were very carefully packed up for me to collect. I’m very particular about my tech and this experience was fantastic, I’d come back here in a heartbeat for any computer related issues. Big thanks to the team!

First of all, I'd like to say what a lovely company this is to deal with, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Antonio managed to sort my issue within a few days and was more than happy to give me advice on some ideas I had. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or advice on their PC, will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous service. It was the first time I've used (or even heard of) Power Computing, but I am completely impressed. I needed a new PC to run Photoshop and Lightroom that wasn't eye-watering prices and (after researching the specs I needed) went to the configurator and built it up myself easily. Price was also better than anything I'd seen. I am happy to tinker with computers, but am way behind current knowledge on building computers, but it was very easy. Ordered Wednesday night and arrived Friday on the standard service! Aftersales contact was great. Had an email before it arrived, with some very clear instructions and diagrams about unpacking, and then got the same level of detailed service afterwards when I had some queries about putting my old drives in, with our emails flying back and forth quickly from my contact Antonio. Buying a new computer is an expensive investment, so doing it online as a relative novice always has a worry - will it all work together - will anyone answer me if I have a problem? Absolutely no need to worry with Power Computing. I doubt I could have got a better service if I was standing in a real bricks and mortar shop!

Genuinely cant recommend these guys enough. Been pestering them with questions and they have put up with me over the last few weeks. Bought a few parts from them and they have been helpful and even helped me with some recommendations. Friendly and they know their stuff. This is definitely the best repair shop to go to. The customer service was amazing, very kind and awesome staff work here. My Macbook was water damaged and they fixed it in under a month and it works even better than it did before. Their prices are really good and worth it. Very satisfied with the results, quality and service of their work.

I bought my gaming pc from power computing and since then have upgraded with them multiple times and will continue to do so, Fantastic company extremely helpful and friendly. Could not recommend more!

Power computing were absolutely brilliant when my gaming PC stopped booting. Incredibly polite and knowledgeable, they were able to suggest a fix quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair and upgrade process. The repair was completed extremely quickly and the computer has been running like a dream since! The staff are all absolutely brilliant too, incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing customer experience. I would genuinely give them 10/5 if google would let me. I'll definitely be going back for any future PC upgrades.

Antonio was super helpful. I have a hardline custom loop PC, most repair shops turned me away when I said that I had an issue. But these guys fixed it for me. Really glad to have found this shop. Thanks guys!
