Steve and his colleagues were superb. Did a 1st class job on my son’s i9 gaming rig. All new components installed and new OS, fully synced fans and ARGB and water cooler. Cable management in an open glass is world class.

Quite simply, why go anywhere else! I've had three previous PCs from PowerC over a period of more than 20 years and each time the customer service and product were second to none. I've had my latest PC for a week now and WOW! Quiet, fast and is making photo processing an absolute breeze. My last PC from them was bought in December 2016 and it's still working, it just can't handle the editing software that I'm using now. The online specification and ordering process was clear and easy to use as ever, and within 49 hours of order, I went and picked it up :) Antonio was brilliant and it was really lovely to find out that he's Tom's son - made me feel properly old, but so good to see a proper family business still going strong!

Bought a second monitor from Power Computing about 14 months ago and it has just developed an image fault. Expected a response of ‘over 12 months so will need to take it up with the manufacturer’, but on speaking to Antonio he immediately took the problem on. I raised the fault just before close on Monday, by lunch the Tuesday Antonio confirmed monitor would be swapped out at home, Weds lunchtime replacement monitor received. All sorted, excellent service all around.

1st of all, its so good to see a company provide such good customer service. I had an issue with my pc and they fixed it for me in a day and cleaned it all up which I wasn't expecting. On the back of that I asked for a quote for a new gaming pc with the specs I was after and gave me a very good quote which I agreed to. The build quality is fantastic and I got the impression they enjoyed building it as I used the new Be Quiet Shadow Base 800 DX case. Also a big plus for me is they reloaded my security software, and all my favourites and a new office programme as part of the deal. I am playing fallout 4 at the moment and heavily modded it and it is not even breaking into a sweat. Photos just don't do it justice but the looks I got from other customers while they showed it to me said it all. Once again many thanks

Incredibly polite and knowledgeable, they were able to suggest a fix quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair and upgrade process. The repair was completed extremely quickly and the computer has been running like a dream since! The staff are all absolutely brilliant too, incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing customer experience. I would genuinely give them 10/5 if google would let me. I'll definitely be going back for any future PC upgrades.

After my pc was continuously freezing, and wasn’t starting up, I reached out to power computing. They took my pc in same day, and started to troubleshoot the issue. Antonio was so helpful, and corrected all of the issues that my pc was displaying, going above and beyond to fix it as well.
