I bought a very powerful computer from Power Computing – I create videos around 1 hour long so the raw files are VERY large (multiple files of 20GB +) and so I needed this machine for editing. Let’s just say that I know about what I do and nothing about computers. I explained what I needed it for and they advised me. The reason I bought it from them wasn’t that it was the best machine but rather that they took the time to talk to me and explain things in language I could understand (other sellers take note). That’s how it should be. OK what happened next. Well there was a problem with the CPU – it wouldn’t output files of more than 25GB, and for me, well I need much bigger than that. I took it back to Power Computing and they fixed for free and sent it back to me. Come on, isn’t this how things are meant to be. Buy something – if there’s a problem it get fixed – problem solved – happy customer. As I said I know sod all about computers but I would have no hesitation in recommending Power Computers.

Absolutely Fantastic Service! Went in looking for a PC to use with my sim rig and was more than happy with the service provided. The team went above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get started or thinking about upgrading their setup. I've just received my new PC from Power Computing, it is absolutely wonderful. It looks amazing and is exactly what I asked for specs wise. My main requirement for the PC was to have a specific case and Antonio was happy to order it in for me. The PC was delivered in perfect condition, having been packaged very well. The level of communication at every step of the process was brilliant. I cannot recommend Power Computing enough.

After upgrading most parts in my gaming PC, I unfortunately got stuck in a boot loop which I couldn't solve no matter how much troubleshooting I did. I took it into Power Computing and very quickly they identified the issue being a faulty CPU out the box. They kindly and neatly built my PC back together leaving the CPU and cooler out and packaged and advised on the best way of getting it resolved with the store I purchased the new CPU from. Friendly and very knowledgeable service received. Couldn't have got a better customer experience. Thanks again guys! (Supplier confirmed fault out the box and working replacement received next day - happy days!)

We purchased our last PC from here and it has run for ten years without issue or fault. Retuned for a new PC this year and wanted to upgrade for editing. Fantastic service, they went through all the specs and design for what we wanted and it was built and ready for collection within two days. Knowledge and service second to none. Thanks to all the team, the PC is brilliant.

Awesome customer service and friendly, a very professional company, they go the extra mile to make sure your pc is running at the best it can, I had a complete rebuild and had a second pc built with my old parts, both look great and well built with excellent cable management to boot, if I had any problems they are happy to help.

Just bought a replacement laptop from them The customer service is simply outstanding, navigating through the configuration I needed and migrating onto the new device, explaining what I needed to do in layman terms. Will definitely go back for a new iPad and indeed for any technology needs HIGHLY recommended

Power computing were absolutely brilliant when my gaming PC stopped booting. Incredibly polite and knowledgeable, they were able to suggest a fix quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair and upgrade process. The repair was completed extremely quickly and the computer has been running like a dream since! The staff are all absolutely brilliant too, incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing customer experience. I would genuinely give them 10/5 if google would let me. I'll definitely be going back for any future PC upgrades.

The performance and quality were 100% Antonio and the team again surpassed themselves in assembling and delivering a laptop I needed in less than 24 hours with even less notice time - I was beyond impressed and highly thankful as the laptop was desperately needed. Thank you to the fantastic team at Power Computing! I've recently had my computing upgraded to keep up to date with the latest 2020 software updates. After initially emailing PowerC with specifications for future software, that I intend to purchase; I received a quote back (same day) that included all parts & labour, inside my budget. If you're not particularly 'hardware IT' minded (like me), the team are really good at recommending products/upgrades to suit your computers use. My PC now operates at an incredible speed and easily powers the programmes that I run on the computer, including high performance simulations such as Xplane & MS FSX. I've added the Samsung Ultra Wide 42" monitor screen for an immersive experience. I'm able to run the simulators on the highest graphics settings and the PowerC PC works beautifully.
