This is definitely the best repair shop to go to. The customer service was amazing, very kind and awesome staff work here. My Macbook was water damaged and they fixed it in under a month and it works even better than it did before. Their prices are really good and worth it. Very satisfied with the results, quality and service of their work.

Phenomenal company, would recommend to all. I had an emergency with my PC, which I use for work, they had all parts on hand ready to go and took the PC in on short notice, diagnosed it and repaired it all within ~24 hours from dropping it off. Not only did they fix the issue but they also went through the rest of the PC and tidied any up incorrect wiring, fan curve speeds and gave the whole thing a clean. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and chatting staff with a great work atmosphere. Will no longer be doing any of my PC builds etc, will be using this company exclusively for now on. All products and services were extremely competitively priced. If you're having PC issues or just want components/advice, use this company. 5 stars.

First time contacting these guys and I must say that the standard is set super super high ! I spent a literal hour on the phone to Antonio getting advice about a PC and best monitor that would suit me. Not once did I feel he wanted to get me off the phone. Super intelligent & professional. I've just had my 2012 desktop PC repaired (cpu fan) by PowerC. The PC was originally supplied by them as specified by me and has worked fine for 12 years. Obviously they advised buying a new one 'as it's a bit old', but they have repaired it, cleaned up the inside and updated some software. I'd recommend them to anyone. Excellent customer service and I'll get the new one from them soon.

Very pleased with the service I received, I bent the pins on my motherboard and it was managed to be repaired within a couple hours. They installed my AIO and went above and beyond doing some extra bits to make my build better and tidier.

Steve and his colleagues were superb. Did a 1st class job on my son’s i9 gaming rig. All new components installed and new OS, fully synced fans and ARGB and water cooler. Cable management in an open glass is world class.

The repair was completed extremely quickly and the computer has been running like a dream since! The staff are all absolutely brilliant too, incredibly helpful and friendly.
