Very prompt and courteous service. I knew my tree was in bad shape, but didn't know how bad. He looked at it yesterday, told me how bad it was, came today and took it down. Was willing to work with me and was very professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the property afterwards. As well as protecting my buildings and other trees while taking that one down. I have added 2 before of the tree they removed, and one of the yard just before they left my property.

So many great things about Potter’s Tree Service. Quick turn around time from calling to schedule a free quote to getting me on the schedule to come out to do the work. They are professional and courteous. They did a wonderful job taking trees down, pruning limbs, and cleaning up after. The price was fantastic and the whole experience left me satisfied! Potters is a fantastic team and highly efficient. The owner was helpful during the estimate and communication on time frames and the team was skilled and quick and removing the tree and stump while avoiding the building right beside it. 10/10 highly recommended.

With the recent snow/sleet storm we we got our driveway cleared but the next day found the mailbox and curb were frozen solid. We contacted Potter's and they came out the next day and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again when needed.

We had 3 trees removed and several trimmed. Potters was incredibly fast to respond to our call, reasonably priced, and were able to schedule the job within the week. They worked efficiently and clean-up was impressive. They left no signs of trees being worked on.

When a neighbor's tree fell and crashed into our fence, Potter's came out to our house quickly and removed all of resulting brush as well as trimming some additional trees that were leaning towards our yard. They also thoroughly cleaned up the affected area of our yard and charged us a very reasonable price for the job. I highly recommend them.

Potters tree removal did an excellent job on removing two large maple trees in my front yard. In 4 hours time the trees were cut down, chipped up and the stumps removed. I couldn’t ask for better service.

During the recent extreme cold after several inches of snow, Potter's Tree Service of Staunton came to Charlottesville with his snow plow and cleared the packed ice on the side of my daughter's street so she could park. He came the day after we called, and did a thorough job, salting the area afterward. My daughter only has street parking, and the ice was as hard as a rock, and impossible for us to move ourselves. We are very thankful for his work.

This is not about trees, but about snow and ice removal. Mr. Potter came out the day after we called and removed two mounds of snow and ice about 4 ft. high and 6 ft. in diameter, plus a run of snow/ice about 2ft. high and 60 ft. long. Now us and our daughter have a place to park, as well as our neighbors and workers nearby. He was courteous, and worked quickly, and was careful to move the snow/ice to a place that did not mess up anyone else's parking. He was a pleasure to work with.
