Steve got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. It was a tight squeeze getting in and out of the site and the impact on the yard was marginal. Great communication and cooperation getting the old concrete piles out, and installing the screw piles in and to spec. Always a pleasure working with a pro. Thanx again to Steve and Postech!

I contacted Steve Wheeler at Postech to install a new foundation for a botched sunroom project at my home. Steve was immediately responsive and accommodating, putting me in direct touch with his preferred engineer to do the structural and foundation design (who themselves was excellent; professional and responsive). During the quoting process Steve was very communicative and, while the quote had to undergo a few revisions, throughout he communicated proactively and ensured there were no surprises. Once I was ready to go, Steve and his assistant came out very quickly and did a truly incredible job squeezing into a very tight and awkward space to get the install done. Both piles had to be placed close to existing structures and they got them in clean and level, with very little surface disruption. After the install Steve gave me a bunch of tips for how to attach the beam, and answered all my questions. Throughout he was professional, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about his work. After having been burned by a GC in the past, Steve is a reminder that there's plenty of people who just want to do good work at a fair price. And if anyone I know needs pile work done, I know who I'll recommend.

First time ever using screws piles. The crew was very professional and quickly installed the screw piles. Extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely use Steve and his crew again if need arises.
