I cannot recommend the team here. From the intake team, to the front desk, to billing and the therapists - the best experience!! Shoutout to my therapist, Ashley Ramos. I came after I had lost my job and needed to get unstuck from that loss. The intake takes a little patience - which is unlike most practices. After calling, intake will schedule you for an intake/matching evaluation. It takes them about two weeks to match you with a therapist the practice feels will be most suitable and compatible for you. Goodbye better help! Hello positive reset. I have had a great schedule and peace of mind since joining and can’t imagine going anywhere else. If you are going through a hard time in life, give this practice a call. They know what they are doing and are incredibly compassionate, kind, lovely. Saving our honor in Jersey! Love this practice and had to come onboard to give my two cents.

Highly recommend Positive Reset Eatontown NJ for anyone seeking mental health support. I've been receiving treatment there for almost a year has been incredibly positive. The therapist, Chanel, has been absolutely phenomenal. Can't say enough about how much she has helped work through various challenges during this time. Her support and guidance have been instrumental in progress. The entire team provides a supportive and welcoming environment. If looking for a place that genuinely cares about well-being, this is it.

My therapist is Chanel Bourdin and i absolutely was blessed to experience this journey of mine with her. Through my own insecurities I had to warm up but her energy remained the same!! She listens, does not judge and gives me the best advice moving forward. Nothing feels forced or uncomfortable. Definitely a safe space. I truly appreciate her for being one of few I can depend on. She is solid and makes me very comfortable. I tend to talk alot and with her I’m able to get it all out. I’m always relieved , reassured and at ease after our session. Thankyou Chanel hopefully you can one day see this. YOU ARE THE BEST!! Hands down!!!!! I’m very much appreciative of her!!!

I deleted and edited my original review because the communication from the front desk been horrible for months. I have experienced so many issues with trying to reach the front desk because they outsourced most of the phone services. The phone service has been horrible at getting my messages to my care team or don't transfer me correctly. I had to call multiple times in order to get someone on the phone that could get my messages to my care team. I am honestly disappointed and disgusted with how this place is ran. The only reason I an staying a client is because of Nicholas Desisto. On another note I give Nick 5 stars. I repeat he is the only reason I remain with this company !!! Nicholas Desisto is an amazing therapist. He is very professional and has a great personality. He helps find solutions to issues that come up. He is very easy to talk and can be humorous at the appropriate times. He is LGBTQIA+ ally with no judgment. He is easy to get in touch with via email. He responds in a timely manner. I gave up trying to get my messages to him through front desk because of the phone services and front desk issues.

I am truly thankful for my therapist, Chanel Borduin. I had really bad anxiety about the idea of therapy, but she has helped me work through that anxiety and it helped me open up. I have always had a hard time being vulnerable, now I find myself looking forward to our sessions. She’s become such a safe space for me when I had none. She is amazing at her job, I am so very thankful.

I have been going to therapy for the better part of 4-5 years now and no therapist has helped me as much as Antonio does! His services are not only exceptional but he will go to great lengths to make sure you receive the best care! I would recommend him to everyone!

Maricela Prieto was my daughter’s counselor. She is great and she did an amazing job with my daughter. Olivia is 15 years old and suffers from anxiety since 2020 when COVID started. Maricela listened to her , she was very patience and guide her through the process. Unfortunately we moved to Florida a few days ago ago and we can’t continue with her. I highly recommend her. She is just awesome at her job. We are going to miss her.

Id really love to know what kind of mental health clinic cancels a therapy session appointment without letting anyone know. I recently got new insurance. Billing reached out to me to contact them and let them know my other policy is no longer active. Simple right? I did call and was told my policy is active but it may take 10-14 days to update and show up in the system. "Positive" Reset cancelled my upcoming appointment and neglected to even make me aware of it. It would have been appreciated if someone reached out and let me know considering I would've told them I'd pay out of pocket for the session and get reimbursed by my insurance. I had a really heavy week and i had something important to process with my therapist today. Sorry but how is that "being dedicated to supporting your mental well-being". Your only concern is collecting a check and I find it appalling that you couldn't work with a client who's struggling and has done everything asked of her for ONE session or even have a conversation about an upcoming appointment that I had been waiting for all week. It's actually disgusting.

I have never been here or any office affiliated with them. I called back in May for information and never received anything until June. Never followed up, but as you can see, they call me almost every single day. Upon talking to the front desk woman yesterday she stated that she can’t take me off any list without my birth and further information, absolutely ridiculous and predatory. why would you need my information to stop calling me? scam!!
