Positive Pest Control

I found Positive Pest control through a Google search, many companies went to voicemail,not Positive Pest control, Tony and Shawn made me feel at ease from the beginning. My issue was a yellow jacket bees nest in the ceiling of my newly renovated home. Shawn’s professionalism , knowledge and dedication to this work was extraordinary. He came back to my home several times till the issue was cleared. I would recommend this company to all. Thank you again 😊

I had an exterminator company for many years. However, they did very little. I found Positive Pest Control. I spoke to Tony who assured me Positive Pest Control would diligently tackle my mouse problem. He sent Shawn who is absolutely amazing! Shawn knows his stuff and pest control is truly second nature to him. We worked together to find points of entry and Shawn took his time doing different things in the apartments to get our problem under control. I believe we will eradicate the problem. So far, I am VERY happy. So far, I can HIGHLY recommend this company. I am sorry I have this problem and hope you don't, but if you do, TRY Positive Pest Control. They know the pest control business and respond with a smile!

Best experience!!! We have had an issue with yellow jackets over the past few months. I called a few exterminators and only one that I called said they would be able to remediate our issue. Unfortunately, we paid an exorbitant amount of money for their service and it did not work at all. I had no interest in dealing with that company again, so I was back to square one in my search. I then stumbled upon Positive Pest Control and so happy I did! Tony picked up my call and he was so pleasant, professional and informative! He told me he could have someone at my home later that day. Shawn arrived at the given time and explained everything he was going to do. He had to enter my neighbor’s house to get access to the nest and Shawn was so careful carrying his equipment in the house and very courteous. My neighbor was so pleased and said if she needed an exterminator she would know who to call! Shawn said I should see an improvement within 5-7 days and if I saw even 3 bees to give him a call. Thankfully, it’s 8 days out and we haven’t seen any yellow-jackets over the last few days. We are so happy with the service we received and at a fraction of the price I previously paid (which did not work!). I would highly recommend Positive Pest Control!! Thank you!!

I would like to thank Positive Pest Control Service for coming out on September 6th, 2025. There was a hive of yellowjackets inside the wall of my laundry room as well as outside. After speaking with Tony about the problem he informed me in detail what might be the cause and cost without actual seeing the damage. Both Shawn and Bryan the technicians who came to my house explained step by step what needed to be done and why. Resurging me that the problem would be handled to my satisfaction and it was. It was a big mess that they cleaned up and promised that in a couple days I would not see anymore yellowjackets. Thank God because I happen to be allergic

I've tried a few pest services and my ants seemed to enjoy when they visited because they could never seem to get rid of them. Who would have ever thought that would change when I met Shawn. He is the best I've ever dealt with. He arrived in true "ready for action" uniform and was fully equipped with what was needed to get rid of my ant issue. The ants were completely terminated after a couple of days and didn't come back all season. His application process was thorough and not rushed. He was patient, intelligent and understanding and his work ethic was so good that I only request him when service is needed. Finding really good help is a hard thing these days, but you don't have to look any further. Give these guys a try. I'm glad I did. Thanks again Shawn and keep working with integrity.

I had to get a hornets nest removed ASAP and Shawn came within a few hours of my call. He was knowledgable and friendly all while being extremely professional. I was in a rush to juggle other appointments and he was very accommodating. I found their pricing to be competitive as well. I found their service from my initial call to the end payment to be seamless. Will use them again and would recommend!
